"I'm actually kind of nervous." Nia admitted to Ash.

Ashton shot Nia a quick look. "Why?" he asked, "They already know and like you." he said, attempting to reassure her.

Nia looked out of the window, staying silent for a moment before speaking up. "I just. I really want your friends to like me." She said quietly. Ashton took one of his hands off the wheel and lightly squeezed her leg. Nia looked back at him and he smiled lightly at her.

"My friends will love you. You have nothing to worry about." He started, looking back at the road. "You're kind, funny, caring, gorgeous, adorable, have a really good ass-"

Ashton was interrupted by Nia, who started giggling.
"Stop, Ash. Take this seriously." She tried to be convincing but couldn't contain the smile that overtook her face.

"See. It worked." Ashton stated proudly.

"Shut up." Nia murmured in response, looking back out of the window, but the smile still on her face.

"What if I mess up though, you know. I'll probab-"  Nia was cut off by Ash who grabbed her face and turned her towards him, planting a quick kiss on her lips.

"Shut up." He said whilst smiling sweetly and turning the radio louder.

"Mikey, stop cheating!" Shay screamed trying to turn her controller away from him.

"I'm not cheating, dumbass!" He yelled in response, "I'm trying to help you!"

"How the fuck do you suck at Mario Kart?" Cal asked looking over at Shay with a teasing expression on his face.

"Shove off, Cal." Shay shot back, "We all have our weak points. Mine just happens to be gaming."

"Oh, poor you." Cal pouted, "Want me to comfort you." He tried reaching out to Shay but she quickly jumped away.

"Stop trying to sabotage me, jackasses!" She laughed.

"You all argue too much." Laur said giggling and rolling her eyes.

"This is unfair, mate!" Cal said once the grand prix finished. "How do you win every fucking time."

Michael just grinned in response.

"Just face it Cal, Mike is better. At everything" Laur said with a devilish smile.

"You take that back right now!" Cal shouted in response

"Or what?" Laur retorted.

Cal responded by walking over to her, keeping eye contact the entire time. When he was finally close enough he picked her up and threw her over his shoulder digging his fingers into her side.

"Cal, no! Put me down!" Laur screamed through her laugh.

"Oh, now this is good." Cal said. "I never knew you were ticklish." He continued teasing Laur to the point where she was completely out of breath.

"Aren't you jealous, Mikey?" Shay whispered in his ear.

Michael narrowed his eyes at Shay, whilst she just smiled at him.

"Stop trying to start shit, smartass." He growled.

"But, what if Cal is secretly in love with her?" She teased. "Oh! Or even worse, what if he secretly hates her and tries to kill her!"

"You're such a bitch." Michael said, shaking his head.

"You know you love it." Shay responded, resting her head on his shoulder. Michael smiled softly and put his arm around her.
