Remembering old times

HOLLY'S POV

'Do you?' I ask looking firmly at the tv avoiding his eyes

'Well it's kind of hard to forget your first kiss' he sighs

' yeah I guess' I reply

'So you've never thought about it than?' He asks softly

'No, I did , I Ike you said it's hard to forget your first kiss ' I smile

'Its just' James starts

'Just what?' I look at James curiously

'We never had a chance to you know , talk about it' James replies

'Well it's not like we had time to '

There was silence for a moment well physically my mind wouldn't stop why would he randomly bring it up ? It's been 4 years.

' so, what did you think about the '

'The'

'The kiss' I finish off his sentence

'Yeah' he says

'Um well it was my first kiss there's not much to say it was intense' I sigh

'So that's it?'

'I guess , I had nothing to compare it to ' I said

James sighs 'True ,guess I never thought of it like that'

'Yeah ' I say

'Friends?' I put out my hand

'Friends' James shakes my hand back

'So do you miss England? ' James asks

'I guess but it never really felt like home 'James just nods

After a few hours of talking we decide to go to sleep James sleeps on the couch and I sleep In my room but unable to sleep my mind wouldn't shut up

Did I like James more than I thought I did ?

And I may have lied a tiny bit

I always thought about the kiss

For the last four years my thoughts have been

James,one direction and the kiss

But could I have feelings for him ? I mean wouldn't that be weird? We've been friends for 16 years it'd be like dating a brother but then again alot of people fall In love with their best friends and get married and all that stuff

I groan in frustration and bury my fave into my pillows my thoughts were driving me crazy

'Shut up holly ' I whisper and try and get some sleep

James POV

I was starting to drift into sleep when my phone started ringing the caller ID was Luke

'Hey what's up?' I ask wondering why he'd be calling at 2am

'Um beau was in a accident could you maybe come down to the hospital ' Luke says sounding like he had been crying

'Yeah sure ,I'm on my way' I hang up and get holly .

After a few hours of waiting Luke walks out of the room I guess he needed a moment

The other driver who was involved in the accident was in intensive care while beau was in surgery.

Holly says that she's going to check up on Luke. I wait for a few moments and then decide to go follow her and when I turn the corner that's when I see them

Him with his arms around her waist and her with her hands in his hair and they were kissing.
