I stood on the porch of my Aunt Renee's house. Bella was at the end of the cul-de-sac potting a barrel cactus. Today we were leaving our mothers and moving to Forks, Washington to live with our fathers. My father and I have always had a close bond while Bella and her father not so much. I still visited for two weeks during the summer while Bella and Charlie vacationed in California for a week.

I let out a sigh seeing my mother and her new boyfriend pull up in the driveway. I held up a finger before walking into the house searching for Aunt Renee. I finally found her hugging Bella's pillow crying. I walk over and hug her from behind. She patted my hand gently before turning fully to me.

"My mom's here." I say gently. "She wanted to drive me to the airport."

"Okay baby." She says. "Be safe and make sure you call."

"I will." I smiled. "I love you, Auntie."

"I love you too hon." She says her voice thick with emotion.

I walked out the house and to Bella hugging her tightly.

"I'll see you on the plane." I whispered.

"See you." She replied as I walked to my mom's car. I climb into the backseat where my baby stepbrother was.

He was only six months old and I loved him dearly. Landon James. His mother had died giving birth to him. He cooed at me causing me to smile tickling his little tummy as we set off to the airport. I look up and see my mother looking back at me.

"I'm going to miss you, baby." She whispered.

"I'm gonna miss you too momma." I replied. "Want me to tell Uncle James and Aunt Karen you said hi?"

"Yes baby." She smiled. "Also make sure their son stays in line."

I gave her a smirk cause their son is kind of terrified of me because I kinda punched him so hard that I broke his nose for bullying someone.

I was sitting in my seat on the plane waiting for Bella. I had my eyes closed with earbuds in playing Five Death Punch when I felt someone sit beside me. I turn my head to see Bella looking at me with so much emotion in her eyes. I paused my music before wrapping my arm around her pulling her to my side. She let out a shaky breath as I shushed her.

--

We were searching for our fathers in the parking lot of the airport in Port Angeles. I spotted my father first. He was leaning against a black 2008 BMW 1 Series. His long dark brown, curly hair fell past his shoulders. I squeal rushing to my father who laughed holding me close.

"My god, Lay, you look so much like your mother." He laughed. "And you got her height."

I playfully stuck my tongue out at him. I was only five feet inches while he was six feet. We pulled away and that's when I noticed Uncle Charlie parked beside dad. I let out a chuckle at Bella's face when she saw Uncle Charlie's Cruiser. Uncle Charlie is the Chief of Police and my father is the head heart surgeon at Forks Hospital. I giggled more as the awkwardly hugged. I walked over and gave Uncle Charlie a bright smile as him and Bella pulled away. Uncle Charlie gave me a hug also. I turned around and headed to dad's car climbing into the passenger seat since dad had put my suitcase in the trunk already. He climbs in also and we take off to Forks.

"I have a surprise for you at home." He smirked over at me causing me to grin.

We pulled up in the driveway to the house beside Uncle Charlie's. Dad and I climb out the car as Uncle Charlie pulled up in his yard. Dad hands me the garage clicker. I gave him a confused look before he nodded encouraging me. I click it and the door slips up revealing my dream car. A black 2008 Porsche 911. I squealed attacking my dad in a tight hug. He laughed hugging me back while kissing my hair. I shut the garage door before heading into the house with dad who insisted he carry my suitcase. I didn't bring much since I have a whole wardrobe with thousands of shoes here. Dad lead me upstairs to my bedroom.

My eyes widen seeing as dad a redone the whole room since last summer. It was so lavish and lilac. The perks of being the only child is being spoiled even though I'm not a brat and if I get money from dad I usually split it with Bella or take her shopping with me even though she hates it with a passion.

"It's so beautiful, dad but you know you don't have to give me such lavish things." I say looking at dad who just smiled.

"You're my baby." He smirked. "I get to spoil you."

Dad set my suitcase by the door and gave me a smile

Dad set my suitcase by the door and gave me a smile.

"Soon, your Uncle and I will have visitors if you want you can either settle in or go over and help Bells settle in." He says gently.

I nodded with a smile and he walked out the door. I grab out my cell phone and snap a picture of my bedroom and sending it to my mom before heading out the room and downstairs where I spot dad sitting in the living room looking through a photo album. I walk over and sat beside him. I smiled seeing a bunch of pictures of Bella and I growing up. The weird thing about Bella and I other than our fathers being twins is that we were both born on the same day at the same exact time so we grew up practically sisters.

"I remember that day." I smiled tracing my finger across a certain picture.

It was of Bella and I sitting atop our father's shoulders when we were five years old with mom and Aunt Renee at their sides in front of the Eiffel Tower. They may have been divorced but they still made time for us to go on family vacations that my dad paid for even though Uncle Charlie, Aunt Renee and Mom hated when he'd do that. They hate having expensive things and that passed down to Bella. I don't particularly like it but I deal with it because, well it makes dad happy.

"Our annual vacation to Paris for spring break." He says with a fond smile. "We haven't been in like four years."

"We should go again!" I say excitedly causing dad to chuckle patting my head gently.

"I also have some news sweetheart." He says causing me to frown.

"Please don't be bad." I say.

"It's not." He smiled. "I now own Forks Hospital."

My eyes widened in shock before I gave him a big hug as there was a honk outside. Dad smiled at me as we got up heading out the door. There was an orange truck in Uncle Charlie's driveway and Uncle Charlie was talking to a man in a wheel chair. Billy Black. I walked over and smile at Bella.

"Guess what dad just told me." I smirk.

"What?" Bella and Jake asked.

"He now owns Forks Hospital!" I say.

"Wait really?" Uncle Charlie says to dad who was standing beside him hands in his suit pants pockets.

"Yeah." Dad smirked. "Having owned it for about-" He checked his watch. "Seven hours now."

"Congrats man!" Uncle Charlie smiled patting his shoulder.

"Oh! I need to go to the hospital to Visit a handsome doctor that's very single." I say smirking.

"How old is he?" Bella asked.

"Twenty - Three." Dad groaned. "She's had a crush on him since she was sixteen. But go ahead I said you may visit today."

"Yes!" I squealed before hugging everyone goodbye rushing to my home.

"Layla!" Dad called out.

I quickly turned around and he tossed me something which I caught with ease. It was a garage clicker.

"Also, no sex before marriage." He smirked causing me to blush deep red.
