She couldn't save him. And she couldn't save herself.

She couldn't be a hero.

And now here she sat, emerald eyes glowing softly in the mist of the spirit world. She was lost- confused.. This,, certainly wasn't what she expected death to be.

" Hello? " She let out a hushed murmur, standing up rather slowly.

Kendo wandered around for quite a while, white wings folded by her side. The tips were faded with a soft pink, the colour of universal love. Although it was a bit darkened-

Probably because she could never love herself. Nor could she ever,  ever love Tetta Kisaki.

Something broke her thoughts though- it was the sound of voices. She turned her head in the direction-

And her stomach flipped.

Izana- and.. two others?

Who are they?..

" I—zza?.. " - was all that she could say, shoulder slightly slumping as they came closer and closer. She wondered if he could even see her..

Of course, this thought process was broken when she was practically hurled into by the boy-

His warmth.. it was so foreign- yet so familiar all the same. She ran her fingers through his white hair, a single tear falling as they stood there in the silence of the meloncoly afterlife.

" I missed you, my sinta. " He murmured, clutching onto her tightly. " wag mo na akong iwan ulit .. "

Kendo just nodded to his words- even if she didn't know the language, she could tell what he meant to say.

" I will never leave you again. "

" Promise?

" I promise. "
