The room is dark, and is anger radiating off the two sides of the table. The two leaders glare at each other each daring the to speak first. Finally, a man with a heavy Russian accent speaks. "This can't happen again."
The other grimaces and nods, "You're absolutely right Mr.Ivanov. These World Wars must stop. For that to happen we have to come to an agreement."
Ivanov nods, "Argeed. What do you have in mind President Pender."
Pender runs a pale hand through his blonde hair. "We need to find a sure way to control people. A way to not let anyone hide secrets. We need a manual."
Ivanov looks the man in the eyes, "You want to create a book of everybody's personality? How would that work?"
Pender smiles deviously, "We hand them out at birth to the parents. We come up with each new child's future, past, present. We convince the world that this is the best way to avoid more war. We convince them that controlling everybody's personality is the on,y answer."
Ivanov places his hands the table, "If I agree to this plan how will I know that it won't start a revolution?"
President Pender stands up from the table, fingering his gun in his hand. "I can't be sure. I do know that in order for this to work you must be dead. The U.S. needs to show the world they can destroy any country that gets in it's way. Once I kill you the U.S. Will take over Russia. Then the world will be too afraid to even think about revolting against my plan. Goodbye, dear friend." Then the man raised his arm and pulled the trigger. Ivanov's face goes slack, he looks down at the expertly placed bullet in his heart and mutters his last words, "You're a monster Pender. You'll never get away with this."
Pender turns and looks the man in the eyes. "I already have." The blonde man watches as the Russian president's heart stop beating. He places his black gun on the table and turns. He walks on the long carpet and opens one of the French doors. "The world will never be the same once I'm done with it."
