I woke up, stretched and sighed. Like every day now, I wake up at about 8:30 to get ready and go babysit my friend. Anya Forger. A bright little girl, accepted into a very high intelligible college, and has an interesting set of parents to match her bright little personality.

I say 'babysit', but really I just make her meals, give her baths, get her dressed and then we watch spy movies and TV-shows for the rest of the free time we have together. Unless she wants to have an 'outing', then we go to local parks and restaurants for her to have fun at.

So really, I'm just her friend who keeps her safe. Her parents are fond of me, however Loid never really speaks to me, it's always.. her.

Gah, I can't even think of her without making myself red. Yor Forger, being Anya's adoptive mother and Loid Forger's wife, is my version of walking art. She's beautiful- a protective and loving personality, and a cute way of looking at things to where it reminds me that.. maybe life isn't as bad. She's my light, if that makes sense.

I got dressed, and stared at myself in the mirror for a moment before putting my shoes on and heading out the door to my car. Thinking about Yor the entire drive to their house, left a big smile on my face.

I parked my car in their driveway, and then made my way to their door.
