~*London*~

The moon golden at dawn turned purple just before sunset in the rainy season.

Sometimes has white and black stripes created by volcanic ash, calm and clear sometimes attended by only a single cloud.

Hoorain was left all alone in the house.

Aisha asked her to follow them but she said she will be okay but now she is regretting her decision of staying behind.

A thin layer of clouds masked the full moon, filling the room with blue light.

The house is completely dead to her and there is no one to cheer her up, she is the only one and the maids.

It's like Ashraf suspects her to run away when they leave and that's why he doubled the guards in the house.

She haven't heard from them since they left and she has been feeling down all of a sudden as if something has happened to them.

She went to fished her phone to call them but upon reaching there she saw Faruk's picture that she hang on the wall lying on the floor shattered.

Hoorain prayed nothing bad has happened to him and the storms took earth into an onward night, regardless of neither time nor sun yet came the booming exclamations of heaven and lightning to restart her heart.

This is not a good sign and it's clearly telling her that something will happen.

She screamed with all her strength and the beating of her heart increases.

She called Aisha and her phone is not reachable, she then tried Ashraf's own, still it's telling her the same thing and the only option left for her is to call him.

She have to do this if she really want to know if he is okay or not, with a heavy breath, a pondering heart, a shaking hand and fear of what her ears will hear, she dialed his number.

It rang for the second time and he didn't pick.

She dialed again for the last time and if he didn't pick she will not call him again and then her fear will come true and everything will come back to how it started.

Luckily for her he picked and she don't know when a smile grace on her lips.

He answered and she heard his voice, there was a long silence from both side as if they're trying to understand the moment of silence from their hearts.

"Hoorain!." Faruk called and she smile admist her tears, she never thought of him to recognize how she breath not alone call her name even though she didn't utter a single word.

"Where are you?."

"How have you been?."

"Are you alright?."

"Are you in danger?." Faruk keeps blabbering and she was just listening to him far away down the night sky.

Deep down she feels guilty for making him go through that but it's for the best and knowing that he will love and care for her will make her live with the smile for the remaining days she have.

She can't do anything to stop the inevitable from happening, it's true that they were souls connected as one but due to circumstances they will not live together because even the world doesn't want that.

"How have you been?." Hoorain find herself asking.

Faruk was quite contemplating on whether to tell her or not while Hoorain is also doing the same.
