Epilogue

I was more nervous than usual. I rummaged through my clothes to locate the dress perfect.

Miranda: _______, you don't have to go crazy.. Stop moving from here to there. - She said while lying on my bed while reading a magazine.

_______: Is that tonight is very important. It is the first official date.

Miranda: I understand. Do you want me to help you?

_______: Yes please. I have a fashion crisis.

Then she got out of my bed and was heading to my closet. She searched for a few seconds and then pulled out a dress.

Miranda: Here you go, now go try it on and then I'll do your hair and makeup.

I enter the bathroom and put on a purple dress, which was tight in the torso and wavy on the bottom, and it was above my knees.

I looked at myself in the mirror and I felt comfortable. I left the bathroom and Miranda agreed nodding.

Afterwards I sat on the bed and Miranda rippled my hair  and did my makeup.

Miranda: Perfect. Now put these heels and you are ready.

I put on the heels and then I head to the mirror. I was surprised. I returned to feel like when I went to the concert, to see Nathan again, and Miranda had been my stylist.

______: Oh God! Nathan will be here at any time. - I said watching the time on my phone.

Then after we went down and we sat in the room. Five minutes later there was a car waiting outside my house.

_______: He's here. How do look good? Is my dress broken? And if it breaks? And if I can not walk with these high heels?

Miranda: Calm down. Everything will be fine. Just be yourself.

_______: Thanks friend. I can not thank you enough. Thanks for putting up with me.

Miranda: It's okay. It is an honor to have you as a friend. But hurry or else they will leave you.

We headed to the door, then I saw Nathan out of his car waiting in the passenger's door.

Miranda: Don't be late! And have fun but not too much! - She said, then closed the door of my house.

Nathan looked so handsome in sackcloth.

I approached him and he extended his hand and I took it. With his free hand he opened the door and helped me enter. Then he closed the door and he turned to reach his seat.

And when he entered the car.

Nathan: You look beautiful as always.

______: Thanks, you too. And where are we going?

Nathan: It is a surprise.

He was driving while I stared out the window.Gradually listening to waves crashing against rocks. We were going to the beach.

After he parked and we got out of the car. He reached into the back of the car a basket and blankets. We would have a picnic on the beach at night.

Nathan: Can we got?

And we interlaced our arm.

We sat under a palm tree in the sand with the reflection of the moon in water. I help him putting the blanket and then we sat down.

It was fun. After we started eating and then decided to admire the stars.

Nathan: You want to go for a walk?

_______: Sure.

We got up and I took off my heels and started walking along the seashore, holding our hands.

Nathan: ______, this sounds cheesy but I don't care. You see there are hundreds of stars illuminating from up there? But the only one I care about is shining now next to me, illuminating my life.

Nathan: That's what I want. It makes you look cute.
