It was a cold December night when Maddabelle's best friend, Jeff came to visit her.

Maddabelle could only describe him as slightly panicky as he darted towards her. When he reached her he said something that confused her to death...

"They're here!"

Slightly annoyed Maddy asked, "Who's here Jeff?"

"Venom and his crew!" Jeff nearly shouted.

"Who?!?!" Maddy asked, now completely annoyed with her BFSB (Best Friend Since Birth)

"That's right they didn't tell you..." As Jeff came to that conclusion his eyes grew bigger.

"Tell me what?"

"Ok, here's the deal, if I tell you you can't tell anyone else that, I, am the one who told you. promise?" with that said he held up his pinky for the sacred pinky promise.

"Promise" Maddy interlocked their pinkies, a little terrified as all different scenarios ran threw her head.

"Venom is your... your... your brother! And he's coming for you!" Jeff finally blurted out.

"Why would he be coming for me?" Maddy asks with one eyebrow raised.

"Well... You see, your parents, they know he's coming to get you. And he's coming to get you because he thinks that the royal life isn't good for a kid, and well, you are his kid sister." he explains.

"Where is he taking me?" Her voice as lifeless as she feels considering this new found information.

"He's going to take you to georgeabelle."

"But that's all the way across the country! I'll miss my parents, Jane, you, and everyone else!" Now the tear gates start to open up.

"Don't worry Mads. We'll be waiting for you when you return."

"Fine! When will I come back?"

"When you're legally an adult. 18 years of age."

"What!!!! That's in two years! I'll miss you!"

"Me?" Jeff asks puzzled.

"And the others of course..." Maddy added quickly, trying to hide her slip up.

"Look Mads. You know you're my best friend right?"

"Ya but..." She trailed off.

"Don't worry Mads. You're going to be fine." With that said and one last hug goodbye, they parted ways.
