Intro:
Harper Quinn is 16 years old, she lives with her mom Laura and her older sister Jane who is 17. Quinn doesn't really know what she wants out of life, she doesn't know who she is, but what she does know is that Jeremiah Fisher is her best friend and that's all she needs. Every summer Jeremiah and his family (Susie and Conrad) come to stay at her house for break. But this year Quinn is going to their house in the outer banks. Jeremiah has been in love with Quinn for forever, but is Quinn in love with him? Will Quinn finally admit her feelings, or will she hide them until it is too late?
