Theo Nott's pov

It's third year already but sometimes it doesn't feel like it. Everyone's already down in the great hall for dinner except for a few students, including five of our snakelet. The hall is as loud as usual, but not from the gryffs, surprisingly. I look up and notice the golden trio not there, I get a bit anxious since five of the younger ones aren't with us yet. I look over and the older snakes and motion them to come over so they can watch out for them, I see flint get up and head over to me. He bends down and whispers "Do you need something Nott?" I look around us before I put up and silencing charm and then start speaking "I notice the golden trio is not here and I must admit I'm a bit anxious. Five of our snakelets are not here yet, and I do not trust them to be out there alone" I see realization click on his face and he pales slightly, his little brother is one of the missing snaklets. He curtly nods and goes back to his seat and the charm drops, I can see him telling the other older snakes including Pansy Parkinson, Draco Malfoy, Blaise Zambini, and Daphne Greengrass. I watch them all pale considerably as they too, noticed the missing of their younger siblings.

Harry Potter's pov

I woke up to the tower being completely empty. I can't believe they left without me! I quickly put on my clothes and grab my bag and rush out the entry way. I wave goodbye to the fat lady and head to the great hall. As I get closer to the great hall I can hear....crying?? And shouting. That's not good. I look around the corner to find Ron and Hermione....shouting and attacking first years?! My blood boil! They were just children, I didn't realize it but I had charmed away my bag and started running towards them. I can hear Ron saying something "Harry! There you are mate, look what we found-" I didn't let him finish before my fist hit his face. I put up a protection spell and turn towards the shaken first years "Are you five alright? Are any of you hurt? " I was frantic, i don't know why but it killed me inside seeing how scared they were. I've known since before I came to hogwarts that I was a lot more powerful than most wizards , so I summoned them a blanket to hide in. I took the sheild down and stepped away so I could recast it around them and stand in front. "Ron, Hermione would you please explain why're you're attacking innocent first years?!" I shouted at them and watched as they flinch. Good. They're next words sent me on fire. "Harry they're slimy snakes! Why're you protecting them?!" Ron shouted back, I watched as Hermione helped him back up and fix his broken nose. "They are children!!" I seethed out through clenched teeth, I couldn't believe I had ever called them friends. After a few minutes of shouting they started shooting spells at me, I put my hands behind me and pushed my magic into the sheikd protecting the snakelets, I refuse to allow them to get hurt. I occasionally shot back wandless and wordless spells, when they stopped to catch their breathe I had called the house elves "HOGWARTS HOUSE ELVES!!!" I shouted as loud as I could and waited for them to show up, it only took a few minutes of waiting til a pop sounded off "wes was called upon?" one of then had asked, I turned to them and started to give out orders, they had to listen since I was by blood and conquest their owner "Yes! I need multiple things done. First, go to the ministry and find Lucious Malfoy and the Minster, and then find Narrcissa Malfoy. I also need Lauralee Zambini, the Greengrass's, the Flint's, and the Parkinson's brought to the school, right here. I need another one of you to get Madam Pomfery and lastly someone to get the slytherin house amd Professor Snape and the Weasley twins here now!" Once the commands were given they popped away, I could feel the dizziness getting to me but I refused, I will not let then get hurt.

Severus Snape pov

It was the evening time and the while school, except a few students, were eating dinner in the great hall. We all stopped and watched as two house elves popped in and asked for me and my house outside the great hall and that it was urgent and involved snakes, I've never seen myself or my house or the Weasley twins move so fast before. Nothing could've prepared us for what we saw, there on the ground was Potter with a glowing ball behind with granger and Weasley casting numerous spells at him, we were too shocked to do anything until we heard the minister, the Malfoys, Parkinson's, Flint's, Zambini, and Greengrass's all yell in horror at the sight. I snapped out of my shock and "Stupefy!" Ishot at both students, my worry increased when potter looked up but didn't drop the barrier behind him "...professor..?" he spoke in such a child like voice I almost didn't recognize him "Yes, Potter it's me, along with the Malfoys, Zambini, Greengrass, Flint, Parkinson,  the twins,  and the minister" I slow walked towards him to inspect the injuries he was now covered in.
