Everyones born with powers they don't activate until your 5. If they come later your a late bloomer. When your strong enough and have your powers at full control you get to be able to get another power that belongs to someone else in your family. Certain powers belong to curtain groups. If you have a power thats from a different group it's because you have a mixed family of both groups and your seemed as a outcast to almost everyone. If your a twins you will either get one of the same powers or your own. Rest will be explained threw the out the story. Hope you enjoy.
