You run out of gas before reaching the base, but a military vehicle drives by saying they are out to help rescue civilians and they give you a ride to the base. At the base uniformed men inform you a helicopter is going to take women and children to safety while men have to wait for another ride. The twins are separated from you and wave to you as they lift off in helicopter and fly away. The military men do not take your shotgun because this is a desperate time. An hour passes and you are given food and water. You hear a scream from outside and run to check it out. A zombie has bitten a soldier on guard duty, you run over and shoot the zombie but the now turned guard bites into your leg, you fall too the ground shooting the infected guard right away before further damage is done. Guard rush towards you taking care of the gate and establishing another guard postition. Your leg feels like its on fire. You spot a knife in the fallen guard belt. A crazy idea pops into your head, you have two options.
