I walked into the living room and my piece of shit of a dad was passed out on the couch. I walked past him on my way to the Kitchen, flipping him a bird. I smelt something so delicious coming from the kitchen. My mom always cooks in the morning, well if we have food she does. She is the best mom ever and i love her more than anything. "How'd you sleep" she asks sleepily. I just reply with a yawn and a thumbs up. "What about you" I ask, even though i know the answer. Her and dad were up all night fighting slamming into things. She just smiles.
She hides as much as she can from me about her and dads relationship but i know everything from my best friends mom, Anne. Apparently they were best friends in high school and they still are they just don't hangout a lot because of my dad.
"Well I'm going over to Kie's today and i was wondering if i could spend the night with her" I asked, knowing she will say yes because she wants me out of the house as much as i can be, not because she doesn't want me at the house. She just does not want me to be in the house when her and dad start fighting again, which I'm grateful for. "Of course honey. I just love how close you and Kie are, it reminds of me and Anne's relationship back in high school." She replies happily. "OK thank you, I'm going to pack my bags now!" I reply very excitedly.
After I packed my bags and got ready for the day, I texted Kie to tell her I was about to leave my house. She texted back quickly saying to meet at The Wreck because she was with the Pogues. I'm not very close with the pogues so i got nervous because I'm not a big fan of meeting new people. But i went downstairs and told my mom i was leaving and grabbed the keys to the car.
We were broke for the most part but my mom saved up enough money from her 2 jobs to buy me a car for my 16th birthday. Even though we all use it I am very grateful for her being my mom. I put my things in the car and headed to The Wreck.
It took about 20 minutes to get there but it was pretty crowded that day and i parked my car in one of the parking spots. I walked in and saw Kie running towards me, I guessed since we haven't seen each other in about a week because she has been super busy. After we hugged for a few seconds i realized there was 2 boys around us that i have seen but haven't introduced myself too. The dark-skinned boy came up to me and gave me a hug. I knew who Pope was because he was my best guy friend. Then there was a brunette boy that gave me a smile and said his name was John B. There was this cute blonde too that just stared at me in awe and I just smiled and laughed and reached out my hand to greet him. "Hi my names Caspian but my Friends call me Cas." He smiles and shakes my hand "Well it's nice to finally meet you Caspian, Kie has told me a lot about you and you seem really cool. My names JJ." I look over at Kie as i take my hand away and shes just smiling, I give her a confused look. We walk over to a table and just talk for a bit and eat some food.
After an hour or 2 we finally got bored and they asked if we wanted to go out on the HMS POGUE of course me and Kie said yes because we love to go out on the boats. "I need to go change into my bathing suit but I'll be back" I announced. "I'm coming with you Cass give me a second to clean this up though" Kie said. I nod "I'll help" as i grab half the dishes and take them to the sink to wash them. The boys continue to talk as we wash the dishes and talk.
When we got done washing the dishes and cleaning up me and Kie went to change in the bathroom. When we came out I only had my shorts and bathing suit on and Kie had a crop top and shorts on. We walked out and the boys just stared at us. "Do we have something on us or what?" I ask looking down at my self seeing nothing. "No Cass you just look hot" the blonde spoke up causing everyone to laugh. "Well thank you" i replied.
I could tell this summer was going to already be the best one yet. I was hoping to get close with the boys just like Kie. So far as you can tell that was going pretty good.

I know i said i was going to release this tomorrow but i couldn't wait after i wrote it but i might start on the next chapter after i post this one if i feel like it so i can post it ASAP for y'all. Again thank y'all for reading and leave and tips/ideas for this story/ and if you liked it or not!
