Colonel - Second in command
Major - Head strategist and organiser of squadrons, often the first into battle
Medic - Healer of the Coalition
Officers - The fighters and hunters of the Coalition
Ensigns - Young officers not yet qualified to train a cadet
Cadet - Young cats training to become an officer or medic
Nurses - Mollies expecting or caring for Kittens
Veterans - Retired officers
Kittens - Young of the Coalition, not yet old enough to become a cadet.
