Espresso sighed as he realized he stayed up all night again. He changed his cloths and walked out his house, hoping today will be a good day.
Espresso walked to the Cafe and waited in line. Espresso was looking around until he heard the voice of someone he knew.
"Hello, Espresso! Fancy seeing you here!" Madeleine spoke out loudly. Espresso ignored him and continued to order.
Madeleine noticed this silence and waited.
Espresso grabbed his stuff, payed, and walked out, Madeleine following.
"So how is your day so far, Espresso?" Espresso sighed again and answered. "Its fine i guess..." Madeleine smiled.
Espresso hit the back of his leg and tripped. Espresso grabbed Madeleines arm for no reason.
Espresso soon realized after passing out, he was laying in grass. He slowly got up, letting his eyes adjust to the lime green environment.
"I feel... different..." Espresso looked around and noticed he got shorter then he originally was. Espresso seemed angered from becoming shorter somehow.
"Hello! Espresso? Are you here too?" Madeleine voice yelled out. Espresso seemed delighted that one of his friends were actually here and he ran towards the voice.
Espresso ran behind the rock the voice came from and got scared when he saw the random wolf. Espresso stumbled backwards.
"Oh, hello other wolf! You seemed startled!" Madeleines voice spoke out again, but from the wolf.
Espresso blinked then realized what the wolf said. "What do you mean by "Hello other wolf..."
"Oh! Its you, Espresso! Also check your hands. Or should I say paws?" Madeleine smiled as he sat down and Espresso looked at one of his hands. He looked at his paw for a bit then looked up at Madeleine. "What happened to me." Madeleine chuckled. "Not completely sure but we fell into this world where we are animals i guess." Espresso thought for a second.
"Anyways... I found us a home we could stay in i guess!" Espresso followed espresso into a small, lit cave.
"Let's set up the cave and we could sleep here for tonight," Espresso said.
Espresso ran out and looked up at the branches of trees. He leaped up and ripped a branch with a lot of leaves off of the tree. Espresso placed it down and did it again, repeating until he had enough to make a leaf bed.
He picked up the branches and ran inside the cave, ripping off the leaves to make a leaf bed. Madeleine walked din with some moss and placed it one the big leaf bed.
"I gues were sleeping in the same bed..." Espresso said, laying down next to Madeleine. Espresso and Madeleine soon fell asleep in the small cave.
