I think so, right now.

I've seen the news, do you want to tell me what happened?

It was so horrible, Pierre. We went to Jos' house to properly meet. Max hadn't seen him in a while and he was quite excited to see him. So you know Max and I walk in through the back door like Max always does. Jos was sitting in the livingroom and when he saw us he wasn't very happy. He didn't really greet me at all he just growled: "Charles Leclerc" and that was it. I wanted to say hello and nice to really meet you and stuff but before I could he had pulled Max away from me and towards the hallway. I took a seat you know but it was taking quite some time so I went towards the hallway. I heard Jos yelling and Max was yelling back. It was in Dutch so I didn't really understand it but who the hell yells at his son like that? So I opened the door and asked like: is everything alright?

What happened?

Jos wasn't happy with my presence let's say. He kept yelling but now at me. He was like: get out I'm talking with me son. But I wasn't leaving. I mean something wasn't alright at all you know. I asked again but he got very angry from it. He wanted to push or hit me or something I guess because he came so close to me. I regretted speaking up immediatly and I thought he was going to hit me but he suddenly turned around. Max had stopped him by holding back his shoulders. That was it for Jos, he just lost it. He pushed Max against the wall with mega force. He spit in his face and then yelled at me: "You better get out right now!" Then he left the hallway and Max basically ran away. I ran after him ofcourse.

Charles this is so very much not right! Do you have any injuries?

I don't but Max hit his back very hard, he even threw up several times. It's so heartbreaking. He blames himself aswell, that's probably the worst part. No matter what I say he says it's his fault.

I can't believe that happened to you. This is really bad, you know that right?

Yeah I know. I can't fucking believe it. I knew Jos was a little homophobic, but this. He hurt Max!

I don't know what to say really. Unbelieveable. Are you in good company now?

Yeah Max is sleeping and I'm with Sophie and Vic. They're so mad at Jos aswell. They want to call the police but Max doesn't want it.

Why not? He abused him!

Yeah but like I said, he blames himself. He's also scared of the media and stuff. Adding to that, it's still his father. It's so hard for him.

I hope he'll get better soon. I'll leave the two of you then. If there's anything, you can call me, okay?
