Chapter One: He's Coming!

"Oh my gosh!" I exclaimed.

"What? Why? What happened?" Chloe asked.

"They're coming!" I cheered.

My love of my life is coming here in NYC! Oh my gosh!

"Who is coming?" Chloe asked, trying to calm me down.

"One Direction! Harry Styles!"

"How did you know?"

"News! They are having a concert!" I jumped up and down and rolled over my bed. In-short, I'm acting insane right now. I'm going insane right now!

"Steph, seriously? Why are you guys addicted to them?" Chloe said, irritatingly.

"Chloe please, just be happy for me." I rolled my eyes.

I was still jumping up and down when my phone beeped.

Mom: I have a surprise for you. Come home as soon as possible. :)

Me: Curiosity killed the cat. I'm coming home!

I hid my phone in my pocket again and called for Chloe.

"Chloe, can drive me home? Mom texted me and said that she's got a surprise for me." I said, happily.

"Okay sure!" She smiled.

This day is full of surprises. What could be mom's surprise? We're going to the concert? Oh please please please.

After a few minutes I'm already home.

"Thanks, Chloe, love you!" I said then close the door of her car.

I walked in our house and saw mom watching TV.

"Mom? I'm home!" I called out.

"Sweetie. Guess what?" She said, wiggling her eyebrows.

"We're going to 1D's concert?" I asked, excitedly.

"Well, that isn't really the surprise I was talking about but yeah, we will." She smiled.

"Omg omg omg! Mom! I love you! You're the best!" I hugged her tightly.

"But the real surprise." She continued.

"Spill the beans, please!" I begged.

"They're going here because of their tour right?" She asked, like trying to make me connect a story.

"Uh, yeah."

"Of course they will need a hotel to stay on, right?" She said, raising her eyebrows.

"Mom! You've got to be kidding me! They're going in our hotel?"

Mom nodded.

My eyes popped open. I can't explain my feelings. It's so jumbled already.

This is the best day of my life.
