"Jaylin" mom called from down stairs "please come here"
I went down and saw my mom siting at the table with a letter in her hands and tears in her eyes.
"Mom what's wrong did something bad happen"
"Sit down" I sat down In the seat across from her.
"Mom please tell me why are you crying what happened"
"Jaylin" she took in a deep breath "your not safe"
"What do you mean I'm not safe what's going on I'm confused"
"It's hard to explain but I........ I can't keep this from you any longer your father was killed when you were young by a very evil man and now he's after you" she waited a second "Jaylin your not like other people you have powers just like your father did he wanted to wait till you were older so he can train you but when he died I swore to keep it from you" tears began to fall from her face.
I didn't know how to react I just sat there in shock.
"What's going to happen to me" I finally asked her.
mom sighed "I have to send you somewhere safe I have to send you to exo the are the only ones who can train you and keep you safe" my eyes widened at my mothers words Exo it can't be.
"Exo" I whispered in disbelief.
When I was little my dad used to tell me stories of twelve young boys who had powers and they called themselves Exo I can't believe it are they actually real.
"Mom is this for real"
"I hate to say this but ...............yes it is in sorry"
She hugged me and I just cried into her shoulder.
"Jaylin I need you to start packing your stuff......... Someone will be here tomorrow to pick you up" my mom sobbed.
