personality: Rio is protective over Izuku, he loves to hang out with people and make Izuku flustered. He has anger issues sometimes. Calm, nice, can be a little sadistic, Loves food. (If you made him mad just give him food.) Rio loves to make people happy but when he's sad or mad he will stay quiet so he won't say something he may regret, he loves to cuddle. If you made Izuku cry, he would not hesitate to make him happy, and beat your ass at the same time. It is kind of hard to make friend because of his deep voice, but he uses it to his advantage.

Description: Rio's Quirk allows him to make his enemies see deepest fear by a single look. Supernatural Strength, Healing factor, fast reflex, good durability, agility, and flexibility. (You can tell he's using phantom by his eyes and hair, hair will have little strips of white and eyes will be neon yellow) Down fall is if he overworks his muscles, they get strained, so it helps to stretch or have an ice bath.
