Sophia Elliot

"No." I immediately shot up and leaned toward the stereo, "You are not playing this again. I'm not having it." I shook my head and laughed, despite being deadly serious. As soon as I was inches within the button, Harry shot in front of me and blocked my access.

"Woah, woah, woah. Excuse me?" he stared down at me, his arms out wide, blocking me from reaching the stereo. "Whose house are we in?" He looked around the living room before looking back at me, a playful smirk landing on his face. "I think you'll find it's mine, and that means..." He leaned down at me and bought his hands to rest on his legs as he looked at me intently, the smirk not letting up. "What I say, goes."

I looked up at him and nodded, giving a small pout as if I were a child being scolded by a school teacher, which bought that smug fucking look back onto his face.

"Huh, look at that," he scoffed, tilting his head to the side. "I win."

I don't think so, you smug fucker.

"And if you don't love me n-"

I reached around him, flicking the song to a halt, and then unplugged his phone from the aux, bolting to the other side of the room and standing behind the couch.

Look, I love Fleetwood Mac as much as the next guy, but when this little shit plays the same song on repeat at least 5 times, if not more, it kind of gets a bit much, you know?

"Sophia." He warned as I stood innocently with his phone behind my back, his stare boring into me as he kept his focus on me, the silence around us becoming increasingly deafening without the soundtrack playing anymore. "Give me my phone." He held his hand out to give me a chance to hand it over willingly.

"Hmmm." I feigned a pondering of my options, "I mean, I could." I chewed the inside of my cheek and exhaled loudly through my nose as I noticed he now had a devilish smirk playing on his lips and a brow raised.

My heart thudded in my chest at the sight, but I didn't let it phase me. I couldn't dare let him know that he, one, still scared me a little bit, and two, that he was affecting me that I couldn't describe.

"You better." he warned, slowly taking steps closer to me as I took them back. The more he closed the gap between us, I widened it.

I kept taking steps back further until I hit the wall behind me. My eyes widened as I noticed how close he was to me. His smirk grew bigger and he let out a laugh at the situation I had now got myself in.

I bolted to the side, out of his reach as he hit the wall, the thud making the laugh that I was holding in escape my mouth.

"Sophiaaaa!" Harry laughed as I could hear his feet hitting the floor at a frequent pace, the jangling of the chain he was wearing on his jeans echoing through the halls of the house.

I ran through to the kitchen and hid around the corner, covering my mouth to stop me from giggling and giving me away.

His footsteps came to a halt as he scanned for me in the room next to me, putting his back toward me. The second he turned around, he got me. I rolled my lips into my mouth and made the quick decision to go back into the living room.

The second he heard me move, he spun around and I caught his eye line as I bolted into the other room and he followed. The hallways echoed each other's laughter and footsteps as we both ran.

I reached the living room again and stood next to the aux cord, watching Harry follow in seconds later.

We both stared at each other, gasping for breath, underestimating how unfit we both were as we fought for our lives standing there, after only running for the smallest amount of time.
