NIGHTMARES?

"PLEASE! STOP IT. DON'T GO THERE. THEY WILL KILL YOU AND........." Some woman shouts while she is crying hysterically. "Shhhh I'm gonna be fine honey. You just need to stay hidden here for sometime and I'll come back to get you." The man who was in an tuxedo replies to her while connecting their forheads together in an attempt to calm down the woman.

But why can't I move. It feels as if I am being paralyzed. I can feel myself standing while staring at the couple who are a few metres away from me hiding under the head table. I try my best to move and ask them about all this but all of my attemps seems to go to waste as I cannot speak a single word.

I tried to look around and somehow notice that its a wedding hall which is usually filled with the sounds of people laughing, enjoying and giving the new couple blessings for their newly wedded life but it was all covered in blood and pure screams.

I started to panic after seeing a man approaching their table with a gun in his hands.

"Please Someone help them. Get up save yourself please!!!''

''Omg I can finally speak'' I said to myself after I notice that my voice was finally coming out of my throat I and did a little happy dance in my head but before I could complete my celebration I notice that the man was still approaching them so I go in a panic state and start screaming again , " HURYYY!!!SOMEONE'S COMING TO KILL YOU "and slowly everything. It felt as if time has literally stopped and the couple creepily turn their head around to stare at me while their eyes slowly start to turn blood red.

They stare at me and then thay start shouting in a disfigured voice  "RUN!...... RUN!  KILL......YOU"

I was shaken awoke by someone gently wait.....gently? It can't be Alexander for sure. I open my eyes to see a pair of Sapphire Blue Eyes looking at me.Sophie? She looks like just woke up and looks a bit terrified. "Omg! Are you okay? Did someone hurt you?" I ask while using my hands as a support to lift myself from the bed. I enquire her while checking for any bruises.

"I-I was having a bad dream. I saw mom beating y-you and when I tried to stop her she s-stabbed both of us. " Sophie says while crying.I scoop her up and place her on my lap. "Aww. It's okay bub. It was just a nightmare. " I try to calm her down.
"Nightmare?" She asks while looking at me with big doe eyes. I laugh at her cuteness. "Yes! Sometimes the Moon goddess forgets to give us good dreams.So the bad dreams come instead. " I try my best to make up a believable story.

"Did the moon goddess forget about me. I didn't do anything bad today. I even helped a kitty. " She says while sobbing loudly. "Nooo bubs, she never forgot about you. She was just a little busy today because she had to buy you a present. And I'm soooooo proud of you for saving someone. You are the most bravest girl I've ever met." I tell her while stroking her back to make her feel better. She giggles at that. "It tickles when you do that. "
Gosh! How can we both have nightmares at the same time? We cuddle untill she falls asleep. I need to protect this little cuddle ball.

Sophie has the purest and the most innocent soul in the whole universe. Even though she's not my real sister I still love her very much. I wish to give her the childhood I didn't have.

I found her near the river when she was just an infant. She was about 4 days old at that time. My 11 year old self felt an instant connection to that tiny curled up baby. Later when I took her to the hospital it was discovered that she has edward syndrome which makes her very fragile.

Luckily she survived and I took her in as my own sister. She can never play,run, study or even do the basic things like other children and is often bullied by the others for this very reason.

I usually protect her and never let her go out of my eyesight.

One time I saw her tied up against a tree while all the other kids including Alex were trying to burn her hair. All this while she was screaming my name. I managed to kick his butt but unfortunately Sophie's hair was mostly burned and she was passed out till then. She now has a scar at the back of her head because of this whole 'prank'.

So yes, according to Alex this was all just a prank and my sorry excuse of a mother also dismissed this matter calling it just another game of the kids. Man I really do regret not punching him hard enough. Maybe if I shove his head against a wall it would get his brain to work. Keyword Maybe.

She is very much depended on me and I love to spoil her with all the attention.Sophie does not attend a school because most of them bully her badly. I wanted to send her to a school for special kids but alexander also ruined that. My mother and brother both seem to be very much disgusted of Sophie. Well I hate them too to be honest. So the feelings are mutual.

I just want to be old enough to leave this place with Sophie but for now I feel extremely sleepy. "Good night and Sweet dreams baby " I kiss her goodnight and hug her tightly while a big smile is displayed on her face. May God give you all the happiness in the world.
