I couldn't sleep. I know I should be practicing my sets, but what's the use? I'll never be better than Karasuno's setter. I could play my game again. No, I need Y/N's help with that one level. Ughhh.. I have nothing to do.
NEXT DAY:
Another boring school day. Wow, I look like a zombie! I walk into school, and am immediately greeted by Kuroo.
"Hey, where's Y/N?" he immediately asked me. "I don't know.. probably with her friend." I know Kuroo likes her, but he's more upfront about his feelings. I wish I had a love life, like him.
Suddenly, Y/N and her friend turn the corner. Her friend immediately runs over. I think her name's, F/N? It's clear that she's interested in Kuroo. I don't think he even knows her.
I didn't want to be around him anymore, so I walked over to Y/N. "Hey, can you help me with that game level?" "Oh yeah sure!" she said, smiling brightly. Wow, she has a cute smile. No, stop. She's your best friend. You can't be thinking such things.
"So I'm coming over tonight?" Y/N asked suddenly. "Oh, yeah!" I responded, not paying attention. "Hey are you feeling alright? You look... tired."
"Yeah, I'm fine. Just didn't get much sleep last night." I replied, yawning. The bell rang.
"Oh well, gotta go!" Y/N said, giving me a quick hug. "Oh, okay bye." I responded.
She ran down the hall, leaving me standing, watching after her. I'll get to class, then. Gosh, I'm so excited for after school.
