Offering a Hand

So in this story I needed to make a new character I don't have a name for her so for now I am just going to call her (Bus driver), So maybe you can decide what her name is .
(The character is a female)

It was a rainy late evening, The sun ready to go down. A young lady was making her rounds , picking up people and bringing them to their destination.

Bus driver: Wow , this rain came out of no where.

Bus driver Pov;

I was driving around waiting to see if people needed a ride to go somewhere. I drove around , just then I saw something. A child walking on the side of the road. When I got closer, I could see the child was limping and he was looking around , seeming lost . I stopped my bus.

The child stopped walking and looked at me.

Bus driver: Hey there , Are you lost?

Child: Good evening Mis , and yes I'm indeed lost, I have never seen this place before, may i have directions?

I was lost for words, this child look so young, yet was calm and mature. It was a sad scene, the boy was soaked from head to toe and it wasn't warm out there, It was very cold that night. This child could have died from hypothermia.

Not to mention the child looked beaten up he had bruises, Scratches, and dirt all over . He looked exhausted.

Bus driver: sure, but where are your parents?

Child: My dad, I don't know where he is, but my mom is at home.

Bus driver: Ok where is home then?, would you like a ride there on my bus?

Child : .....

The child just stared at me, he suddenly looked pale.

Bus driver: Hello? You alright kid?

The Child stumbled on his feet, and grabbed on to the bus door handle.

Than the child fell head-first, I quickly got up and caught him before he hit the ground.

He had passed out in front of me and was out cold.

I carried the boy in the bus and laid him down on a sit, right in my line of sight, and made sure he couldn't fall off .

Bus driver : What now ?
