What's Happening?

Chapter 2

I finally start to feel my eyes open but I can't see a thing except for a little red glowing light in the far distance. The only reason I can see the light glowing is because i'm in complete darkness. My eyes slowly start to adjust to the dark and i can slowly and hardly see somethings. It looks like i'm in some kind of lab but at this point I just don't really know. I slowly look to my left to see at there was a another knocked out girl right next to me.

I see that she is not awake yet. I wonder why i'm here did i do something. If i did i have no idea what it would be because all most every day i'm at home watch TV the other times i'm on the computer or at a "jail place" that other people call school. It's not like i'm bad at so its the opposite i'm in all honor classes and can skip right to college if i wanted to right now but i decided to stay and be with people my age even though i'm the "geek", "nerd", "weirdo", and "Miss. Nobody" at least that's what other people think of me.

I break my chain of thought when I hear the girl next to me start to stir awake. I see her freak out first because she couldn't see because her eyes didn't adjust yet. I try to hold back my laugh from the look on her face so she wouldn't freak out more than she is now.

I see her start to look around the room curiously. In my head I say to myself. " I guess her eyes adjusted by now" but what i thought i said in my head just came out of my mouth. The girl's head whips towards me. I she her eye wide with fear but also relief? I start to open my to say to her but no words came out. So I try again to feel it to start to come out.

"Are you okay?" I ask in a slow and soft voice

" I think so i'm still not sure." she ask in a soft voice too

" I think you and me are going to be here for while." I say a little louder than before. So I continue to on because she looks a little confuse.

" I think we were kidnapped but i have no idea why do you know anything?" I ask the girl in curiosity. I hear her say a soft no so i just decided to keep talking.

"Sooo my name is Carly. Whats yours?" I ask in a polite tone

"Hmm oh its Sam." she smiles back at me while say it.

After that I was going to say some back at Sam but then I hear a creaking noise in that came from behind me. I try to turn my head towards the sound as fast as I can but my head move slower and slower acting like it doesn't want to see what it was. My head was probably right to not have turned. I look at where the noise came from it looked like a boy but I couldn't tell what he looked like because the darkness didn't allow me to.

I focus my eyes or on the mysterious boy behind me that is still knocked out but then that's when Sam decided it was a good time to talk.

"What was that? Who was that? Is there somebody in here? Sam say in a panic and fast tone. I try to say something when I hear Sam scream. I start to panic on why she scream, i turn to her just to see a spider near her. Seriously A SPIDER grow up its not like it will kill you. I just want to say that so badly but i kept it in my head away from her ears. I start to slowly explain that there is another person in the room with us that it looked like he was kidnapped too. We both agreed to wait for him to wake up to see if he knew any information on anything that happened.

Sam and me start to try to think of anything and when i say anything i mean ANYTHING that we could of done or could of connected us to this situation. In the end we came up with no information, clues, or ideas of why would we be taken except for it just being random.

No knowing is killing me. I always feel like I have to know everything but I guess I will have to wait for this one answer. One question is how long till I get this answer and have to wait.

I start to see Sam slowly drift to sleep. I want some sleep but I keep telling myself that i have to stay awake to keep guard but i think my eyes had a whole different idea than what I had. I feel my eyes start to close but I pop them right back open but they didn't stay open that long again but this time my body didn't have the strength to have my eyes open so i let them slowly go down and my body sleep with that a saw nothing but black.
