*In luxury first class*
Ray: *walks back and forth* Alright according to my calculations. Today is about a 70% chance of being another automatic elimination challenge, a 25% chance of being an immunity challenge, and a 5% of being a special immunity challenge. I presume I won't really have to worry about voting, but that shouldn't keep me from trying to win an immunity. As long as the challenge isn't based on physical prowess then I should be fine. *stops* The perspiration is real. But I must continue my pacing, it helps me think quicker. *continues walking back and forth* Penny was a great ally, though I must admit it was odd seeing her so conversive yesterday. She did spend the whole night and morning with Clyde ... Perhaps that has something to do with it. He does have a certain charm to him ... On top of the fact he's won two immunities and came in second last night.
(C) Ray: Clyde is hard to figure out. I'm truly stifled. He could very well be working against me, but he's also voted with me this entire time he's been back in the game. I've never had this much problem trying to figure somebody out.
Ray: Then there's Iris. She clearly has been against me for a while. I still reckon she hasn't even shown her full potential, which makes me somewhat worried. She probably poses as my strongest physical competitor, even with her "injury" and what not.
(C) Ray: Whether or not Iris has been downplaying her true abilities is not in question anymore. It's the fact that I somehow let a clear dominant player get this far. With a sneaky social and physical game, she could be my largest threat.
Ray: And then there's Willow ... Something about her just isn't sitting right with me. She already got me out once, and unless she's held a year long grudge over me, she'd have no personal reason to want to eliminate me ... Except for the fact that her two best friends this season have been eliminated at the hands of me. Which only stands to confirm that she was the Jesse to Trevor's ... Well, Willow.
(C) Ray: Willow's physical game has been ... Pathetic to say at least. But as we all know, it doesn't just take competition wins to get you this far. Unless you're being Penny-ed, as I have now coined the phrase, you're probably making moves and coming up with strategies. I have no doubt that Willow has been trying to eliminate me for ... Who knows how long. But there's only room for one brainiac in this final three and that is me. I must say, it was never my intention to make so many enemies in this game, but if it was necessary to win a million dollars, then so be it.
Ray: Focus Ray, focus. Time to develop a winning mindset today. I cannot stop until I have created a perfect strategy to propel myself to victory.*At the edge of the yacht*
Iris: So we're in agreement that it's time Ray goes, right?
Willow: Yes, yes one thousand times yes!
Clyde: You got it girls!
Iris: Perfect. Now Clyde, what is it that you've been supposedly doing to "mentally manipulate" him?
(C) Iris: I decided that enough is enough. I'm taking matters into my own hands and I'm going to lead this operation to get Ray out. No one threatens me and my dignity. Besides, he's easily the strongest competitor left. We have to make a move before it's too late!
Clyde: Well since I was the first contestant voted out, I got to watch the whole pre-merge portion of the season right from the aftermath studio! I didn't get to see what was directly aired on television, but I did get to see a lot of the footage.
Willow: And? Where are you going with this?
Clyde: I'm getting there! I was able to see who Ray was talking to and when, as well as something that may go overlooked.
Iris: Which is?
Clyde: It's probably tough for all of you to see, especially because you don't get to see any confessionals, but Ray's ego has been on the climb since his team won that string of challenges before merge. That dude prides himself on all of the moves he's made. He really does want to be the next Jesse! Whatever that means.
Willow: Nobody can be like Jesse ... No matter how hard they try.
Clyde: ... Right. Anywho, it got me thinking, this guy is so tunnel visioned, and he won't stop until he gets what he wants. So, I've been feeding into his ego the entire time I've been back! I took him up on his deal in the frozen endurance challenge, I've been voting with him at every elimination ceremony, I always gave him my best wishes ... The list goes on.
Iris: And now that he's almost at the end ... He probably thinks he's got this on lock down.
Clyde: Exactly! Yesterday, like I said, I got Penny, bless her soul, to try and get in his head. It didn't seem to do as much as I hoped, but it at least provoked him a little bit. That leads us to today, where the rest of the plan can come into action; we just gotta continue to make him overthink!
Willow: It's just like Iris said ... It's all in your head ... Once you get mentally thrown for a loop, you're just completely off. It happened to me!
Iris: And me too. Coming from both of our experiences, we know how it feels to not be thinking straight.
Willow: And all Ray ever does is think ... This plan is genius! You're way more clever than we give you credit for.
Clyde: Well I wouldn't go that far, but thanks!
(C) Clyde: I've gotta say ... I miss Penny! But I hope I'm not coming across as anything other than just trying to play the game ... I really like Ray and I think he's a great guy! But the dude's a beast! Truthfully, I just want to win this show to show that people like me shouldn't be completely ruled out of anything. I long to be treated as a regular person! You shouldn't need a tragic backstory to deserve to win!
(C) Iris: I've gotta hand it to Clyde, he has really inspired me! He's super charming and witty. There's always somebody out there who has it worse than you, but just like Brent said and like Clyde's proving ... It always gets better.
(C) Willow: I really like this sound of this plan! I've been trying to hold back and play my cards right, but I think now it's time I go for an ace in the hole. There's no reason to not go after it anymore! Jesse can play his way, but I'm playing the way I know how to!
Clyde: So do you girls trust me now?
Iris: Yeah, absolutely. We just need to execute it today. I think we should all rotate turns on who confronts him. That way, he also sees it's three against one.
Willow: Ooo yes! That should get him terrified, haha! I have an idea too!
