Chapter 9: Oh I see...(1)

A long time ago, there was a tribe known for its cunning tricks. They might be the smallest tribe, but they are the scariest.

They trick people with their appearance and commit thievery.

It causes trouble in the town, and the girl then announces that he's the child of the tribe member, which they called the Fox tribe.

She also revealed where they lived and bought anger to the tribe. They showed themselves, fearing that the humans might purge their home, but it was too late.

The news reached the other towns and passed on to the other village until it was known to the whole continent.

Anger consumed them, and they started to hate humans by then. Sharpened their skills and where they lived, the mountain is now called Mount Kitsune as kitsune is supposed to mean fox.

The one who named the mountain is none other than the child who became their tribe leader.

"They also use dark arts such as illusion fog, dark bow arts which emit black smoke every time they are used, which are not allowed in this world. They have their god, which the other gods also hate their god."

Eruhaben explained everything to them while his mana was slowly forming into different sex of the Fox tribe members.

Cale can only stare at the figures in the air blankly. Deruth also blanks out because of Eruhaben's explanation.Rosalyn sat down; Choi Han could not contain his shock, and the kids froze beside Cale.The others are shocked as well, except Rasheel.

Silence has filled the room, and only mana swirling in the wind can be heard.

After a few minutes of silence, someone finally broke it by asking a question.

"So...why did you attempt to attack Hyung?"
It was Basen.

His head is down, and while he asks.

The room went silent, and no one dared to ask a question when Eruhaben finished explaining because he didn't explain why he tried to attack Cale earlier. They waited.

Eruhaben went silent before taking a sigh.
"...that's because..."
Eruhaben started to speak hesitantly, making everyone's attentions turn to him.

His eyes are shaking, which confuses the others.

"...Eruhaben-nim?"
Cale called out to him.But someone answers instead of him.

"Fox Tribe half-bloods are not allowed in this world cause they caused ruckus everywhere and will bring destruction to this world. That's why Eruhaben attempted to attack you earlier because he thought your a half-blood."

Rasheel chimes in and explain it in Eruhaben's stead.Eruhaben nods his head in agreement.

Cale's eyes wide opened in surprise, then immediately put his hand on his chest while thinking of something.

'Is the reason why Rosalyn also tried to attack me earlier??'

Since Rasheel already explained the reason for Eruhaben's weird behavior, he wants to ask Rosalyn something.

He opened his mouth and said the words he had in his mind.
"Rosalyn"

He called her out first, which made Rosalyn jolt in surprise, and she replied to him while stuttering in shock.

"Y-yes, Young master Cale?"
Rosalyn looks at Cale from his eyes to his ears and tails.'He really looks like a half-blood.'

While having this thought, Cale speaks again.

"I want to know why you also attempted to attack me earlier and a few hours ago when you saw me in this form at the door."

Rosalyn's eyes widened in shock and immediately gulped because she remembered how she had released her mana earlier twice.
Rosalyn looked around her and noticed everyone's gaze.She started fidgeting and slowly opened her mouth to explain.

"Okay, but first, let me apologize for what I did."
Rosalyn bowed her head to Cale.

Cale opened his eyes wide and wanted to grab her to stand up because she did something to him, unlike Eruhaben earlier, but someone did it in his stead.

"Rosalyn, stand up; it's not like you did something like Eruhaben-nim did earlier. You feel mad that made your mana and your instincts alert, right?"
Choi Han grabbed Rosalyn, who bowed her head so low, and forced her to lift her head; he grabbed her shoulders, of course.

Rosalyn lifts her head with Choi Han forcing it out, and her face has a troubled expression."I'm sorry Young master-nim, you see..."

Rosalyn paused and started fidgeting her hands. Her forehead is also sweating with nervousness.

'Everyone is acting weird today.'
Cale thought that the people who related to this topic were not acting like their usual selves.Like right now, the calm Rosalyn is fidgeting and sweating in nervousness, unlike her usual self.

So he decided to speak first.

"If you don't want to talk about it, don't. No one is forcing you."

He stood up but stumbled because he's been sitting for too long.

"Human!"
Naturally, Raon catches him.

'Damn, my legs almost fell asleep.'

It shocked everyone as well.

'He must be so shocked that he stumbled.'His family thought so.

'He sat for too long.'His party thought so.

Rosalyn shakes her head firmly and opposes Cale's suggestion.

"No, I'll tell you, no. I will tell everyone."
She said with a firm look on her face.

Finally, I have been freed from school work, so I have more time now, but I am still somewhat busy because housework exists, right? You guys agreed with me.

Anyway, now maybe starting from now on, I'll slowly write and upload these fics chapters.

In the previous chapter, some of you got mad because of the ending😂😅 Well, it's rather funny.

The ending is quite similar to the end in the previous chapter *mischievous smile*
