"I'm here to be the father of our child, lady."

She blinked several times before it actually sinked in. "What? Pfft- HAHAHAHAHA~" She laughed until her stomach ached while he stood there, confused.

"Questo non è divertente." (This is not funny)

"Huh?" She wiped a tear as she asked.

"There's nothing funny about this, is there, lady?" he asked with a very serious tone but she just couldn't believe what was coming out of his mouth.

"The whole thing is funny, Mr. Moceri. How do you expect me to react when you just popped out of nowhere, telling me that you're here to be the father of a child who doesn't even exist!" She shook her head with a smile and opened the door wider for him to get in. "Of course, I can't send you out like some unwanted company. Come in. You're my dad's partner first."

He walked in, calmly sat on the couch and tried to speak, "I'm serious-" but Yuriel cut him off.

"Tea? Coffee? Juice? Anything?"

"You're ears would be enough," he immediately answered.

"H-huh?" Shivers went through her spine and his voice echoed in her head.

"Is this close enough, signora?", echoed in her ears when she heard his statement. The way he smelled, the way he whispered in her ears with such husky voice and intimacy came back, rushing through her body.

"Listen to me, lady. We need to get you checked for preg-"

"Dude, shut up! You can't just come into my life and tell me all of this! This is my body and when I say I'm not pregnant, I really am not, okay?" Her voice slowly lowered when she realised she actually raised her voice at the man. "And what makes you think I got pregnant? We did it one time, Mr. Moceri, one time. Some people have to do it a thousand times to get pregnant."

"What makes you think you're not, lady? We did it without anything, absolutely nothing on. We were-" He stopped when he realised he was about to say something lewd. Her face turned bright red just with those simple words. "I really don't wanna elaborate the details. Do you want me to continue?"

"N-no! Why would you even tell something that I a-already know?" She averted her gaze as her face continued to heat up.

"Bravo. So, should we get you tested?"

"Dude, I'm telling you. I'm not pregnant!"

The moment she shouted that sentence, the door swung open and her three friends barged into the unit.

"You're pregnant?!" they asked in unison with surprised faces.

"Why are you here?!" she asked instead of answering.

"You better answer the damn question, Yuri Asiel Alvior!" Grace exclaimed as she walked closer to Yuriel. "This happened because of my wedding, didn't it? How will I face your parents if they knew you got pregnant because of the wedding party?" she asked as tears started to fall from her eyes.

"Are they... strict?" Stefan asked.

"Her mom is the tough one. If she ever found out about this, she'd throw a fit," Hannah said and went beside Yuriel to pat her back and wrapped her arm around her shoulder for support. "How will we tell them?"

"So you're the 'lucky' man who got her virginity." Mary slowly walked towards Stefan. But when they thought she was gonna make a scene, she just extended her arms and her lips slowly rose into a smile! "Congratulations! I thought she was gonna die a virgin."

"Y'all misunderstood the situation. I'll say this again: I'm not fucking pregnant, okay?" Yuriel clarified.

"You don't know that," Mary said sternly. "Do you remember how I found out I was pregnant?" she continued with a sly smile on her lips. "We always have our period almost at the same time. I've had mine for three days now. Yours should have arrived yesterday. But it didn't, did it?"
