Joselin Marcus Fragada – Department of Environment and Natural Resources Duterte also designated Assistant Secretary Joselin Marcus Fragada as OIC of DENR. Fragada will replace Jim Sampulna, who became acting DENR secretary after Roy Cimatu resigned in February 2022 due to health reasons. Both designations came just seven days before the end of Duterte's six-year term on June 30.
