I sat quietly in my cabin that day, worried about Appa's visit to the Beast's castle. The fact that he had taken over his company was disturbing. I wanted to make sure it was not his revenge plan but the paperwork might have started a long time back so there was no way he was doing that because of what I said.

It was tragic how much he was still affecting me. I felt that I needed to clarify his intentions and I unknowingly searched for his number to give him a call. When I called him, his secretary picked up. He connected my call to Mr. Seo's personal number since he was at home. I swear I felt shivers down my spine when I heard his voice. It was stern and cold.

"Yes, Miss Park?" He asked.

"I wanted to ask you something," I said trying to gather all my courage.

"Go ahead," he said after a short pause.

"Why did you take over my father's company?"

"Your father?" he paused for a while, probably recalling what I was talking about. "Oh, I see. It was a business decision, the company is really good and we are starting - "

"I hope it is not related to what I said earlier..." I interrupted him because I wanted to get straight to the point.

"What do you mean?" he asked sounding confused.

"I hope this is not your revenge plan because I objected to something that you did!" I said in one go.

He didn't react for a while which made me nervous but he eventually spoke.

"Revenge? I just go by the rules, Miss Park. Your opinions don't matter that much to me." he said sternly.

I was offended. I despised him after knowing what he did to my employee, and what he said was rude.

"Excuse me? then why did you even hire me?" I asked.

"I hired you for your skills in fashion designing not your opinions on business decisions," he replied.

I gritted my teeth and gasped. I couldn't believe I was speaking to the same man I almost had a crush on!

"Woah, that's offensive," I said.

"It's just a fact. And can't understand if you want your opinions to affect me or not? " he asked a valid question.

I was confused. I had called him because I was concerned that what I said earlier might have affected him and he might be planning revenge because of that. But I felt annoyed when he said my opinions didn't matter to him at all.

"Whatever, my father has a meeting with you at your home soon. I hope you will treat him well." I said to end the conversation.

"Guests are always treated well at my home, Miss Park. Unless they break any rules," he replied.

That last part got me worried again. He had disconnected the call by then and I couldn't say anything else. What was wrong with him suddenly that he behaved that way? As if he had a rule book in his hand all the time and he had to act accordingly.

Boyoung's father, Mr. Park was a simple and sophisticated man. He was more than excited to represent his company while signing the deal with the AER group. Since the Beast's castle had always been in the news and very few people had the privilege to go inside, he was very excited on the day of his visit.
