Zayn:

|| "Let's go to that shop over there! Mindy dragged me over to a small botique.

"Okay!" I laughed.

We entered the small vintage botique. There were 'old fashioned' floral dresses, faux fur, unique accessories. I headed to the back of the store to look at the wall covered in books. I picked one up that caught my attention. It didn't have a name nor an author. Also, it had a lock on it so you couldn't open it.  I knew it wasn't a diary by the way it looked. I was fairly intrigued.

"Can I help you?" A lady asked me.

"Um." I couldn't find the right words to explain what I needed.

"You want to know about this book. Correct?"

"Yeah."

"Well, it's a about a boy finding true love and they go through all sorts of obstacles. Though there's a devastating ending. It's very capturing."

"It does sound capturing. I'll take it!"

"Zayn! Look at this dress!" Mindy held up a lovely dress. It was long black dress that had long sleeves, a bit of shoulder padding, and delicate gold embelishing on the shoulders. It was just magnificent.

"Buy it." It was so lovely, I bet she would look even more stunning in it.

"I don't even know if it fits!" She kept admiring it.

"Go try it on then!" I dragged her into the dressing rooms.

I was in there while she started to strip. I could feel my cheeks flush red as she slipped off her jeans leaving herself in her sweater. Then she slowly lifted her top off. She was so beautiful. I handed her the dress and she smiled radiantly. She unzipped the side and slipped herself into the slim dress. Gorgeous. Lovely. Beautiful. Perfect.

"Can you zip me up, babe?"  Mindy came towards me.

"Sure." I zipped her up.

She looked perfect. ||

"Zayn!" Stacy broke me out of my trance.

"Ye-yes?" I stared back into the small botique.

"Are you okay?" She placed a hand on my shoulder.

"Can I go home now?" I didn't feel well.

"Yeah, let's go."

~

"Well, I guess I'll see you some other time." Stacy stood at my doorsteps.

"Yeah. It was nice seeing you again." I gave her a hug before she left.

I closed the door. The hallway seemed like an never-ending tunnel. I just missed Mindy. A lot. I went straight to my bedroom and looked around. It's been only a week. A WEEK! Yet, I'm missing her like crazy. My bed caved in as I laid on top of it. I looked over to my right and saw the empty space of white. That was Mindy's spot. I grabbed her pillow and laid my head on top of it. God, it smelled like her. I missed the way she smelled, smiled, laughed, dressed, talked, slept, ate, walked, cursed, kissed, hugged, touched, everything. She was the love of my life and we both agreed to let each other go. Why? If we both loved each other why should we let it go? The horrendous attention ate me alive as our relationship progress, but I could see the way Mindy was dying. Slowly, day by day, hour by hour. Soon it was to seconds you can see the way she was tired of all of it and just wanted leave it all behind. No. She stood by me with the most biggest smile, though it was the most heart breaking one.

My phone began to ring. I didn't bother looking at the name.

"Hello?" No. It couldn't be.

"Mindy?"

"Ye-yeah." Her voice was quiet and delicate.

"Are you okay?" I began to worry for no reason.

"No. Look there's been something I need to tell you, but you can't freak." I laid on the bed in silence.

"Okay." I calmed myself.

"I-I... Never mind. I have to go. Bye." She hung up the phone.
