Thin cold fingers wrapped around the small male's shoulders. He spun around to be greeted by a horrid deformed face, close enough to make out its grim features. The creature's jaw unhinged, only to be hanging by thin rotted muscle and tissue, sunken in eyes with gray skin, a soulless look, and a distinct sound of groaning. The boy's eyes widened, ripping his shoulder out of the grasp of the creature. His hazel orbs were petrified by fear as he ran out of the old room. This was all a huge mistake, he didn't know why he even chose to go here. Was it curiosity? Or sheer rebellious nature. The hallways stretched far, endlessly almost as if the place was a maze, The teenage boy's breath hitched as he halted to a stop. Silence filled the room. The only light around was the moon, shining through the partially woodland vine-covered windows. 'What was that thing?!' was the only thing the poor male could think of.
He wanted out of this wretched place that reeked of dead animals and must as he shook his head, it felt like there was no escape to this place..this weird, old, abandoned house. The only real thing he had to worry about was that he was not alone in the building, after that encounter, he could only think of the worst if he was found by that monster.Daylight is burning and quick, he had to move soon, echoes of rats and other small animals filled the vacant halls. A shiver down his spine sent him to turn around once more, it was nothing. His paranoia was getting the best of him, but could you blame him? He was at a loss, unsure of where to go. A thought slowly crept into the teenager's mind..'i need to find something...anything will help..'. He quickly dashed along the rotting walls of this unknown building, he knew the location, but he didn't know the history of it. The walls felt as if they were closing in on him, it was hard to breathe, but he kept on moving forward, tugging at the hem of his shirt, pulling it over his nose and mouth, the smell only worsened as he neared the end of the erie corridor. The sound of crickets could be heard audibly outside. So close yet so far, he had to admit to himself, he was a goodie two shoes at some points. He wasn't going to vandalize the place to escape, he had respect and it showed through his actions. His eyes soon came to meet a door with white chipped paint, he was frightened to say the least, but the door that his orbs locked onto gave him a sense of security. The male paused for a moment and tilted his head making his way over to the older door, whom had seen better days and grabbed onto the cold rusted handle turning it slightly, the knob cracking as bits of rust and metal fell to the old wood board floor. The knob turning with slight screeches as the door cracked open a loud Screech could be heard from the old door hinges. 'Fuck.' was the only thought that went into his head, it was loud and disrupted the silence of the creepy old crack house. The boy had to act fast, he only knew what that meant. "Well..shit-" came from the man's mouth as he quickly ran into the white chipped paint door, only to slam it behind him in which he mentally facepalmed himself for that bizarre action.
