It's been weeks since [...] had passed on, and after the destruction of Hawkins. He huffed, smoking more weed then before, Dustin concerned for his father figures mood that affected the entirety of the group. Eddie always loved you, he missed you gravely, he couldn't handle your own funeral without having breaks. When he stood up, he couldn't control himself. He broke down, tears strolled down his cheeks as he laughed to himself. God, it was the growing addiction to him that you had disappeared from his grasp.
He always told himself not to run, but he ran anyway. You told him to, it was the only way for him to survive the conditions of the bats that gouged out your ribs. You sobbed, who watched him with a smile on his face escape back into the caravan. Dustin had to drag him back into the portal before Eddie could get any ideas of going back to save you.
Dustin sat beside his friends, staring at him. He tugged on his shirt. "Hey man, are you doing all good?" He asked, his eyes clear of sympathy. Eddie dropped the cigarette as he puffed out the smoke. He turned to Dustin, his eyes puffy with red veins growing in his pupils. His highlights in his eyes reflected the pain and agony he felt inside. He was so devastated that he just couldn't control himself as he teared up. "I miss them so much." He sobbed, tears arose from his face. He wiped them away before they weeped, but didn't stop the next batch that erupted out of your eyes.
Dustin sighed, patting his friend on the back. He held onto him, looking at them. "I miss them too," he remarked, nodding his head as he stared at his friend. Oh how badly he wished you were there, to hold him as he cried into his hands. He sniffled, please come back to him. He missed you so much, it couldn't be a simple task anymore. It was always an order just to bring you back alive, to see you again. He'd restart the whole world to just protect you and save you once again from those devil bats.
