Jesus is the son of God. He died on the cross for our sins. When he died on the cross he "payed" for our sins so when we die (if we follow him) we will go to heaven! And yes he ACTUALLY died, BUT he rose again on the third day and rose into heaven. Have you ever heard the saying God and Jesus are the and person? Well that confuses people and it still kinda confuses me! But Jesus is God in the flesh and spirit (if I have that right)
