Y/ns POV :
So it was 3:47 am , on a Saturday night , and i heard Steve wake up , breathing Heavy and I swear I heard him start to cry . I stood up and switched the light on and saw Steve crying and sort of ... shaking ? I have seen him have bad dreams before but I've never seen him shake . It was freaking me out I admit but I know I have panic attacks sometimes and it's even worse if people around you are freaking out, so I had to stay calm for him.
"Steve! Baby! What's the matter!?" I knew what was wrong but I just wanted to ask him so he at least knew I cared about his feelings .
' y/n ! Y/n !'
He was freaking out. Oh my god I feel terrible, this is kind of all my fault that this is even happening to him and I feel really guilty .
" yes Steve !? I'm right here !"
' Y-your Alive!? YN! YN !" Okay now he was really freaking out , I have to stay calm , he needs me to stay calm , other wise we both freak out , it's my turn to freak out later . I hugged him and put my hand on the back of his head while I hugged him .
"Yes baby .. I'm right here !! Right next to you!"
I held his hand and sat him on my knee to calm him , then I put my hand on his stomach to help him breathe.
"There you go .. in and out.."
His breathing finally calmed down , and I felt a weight knock off of my shoulders in an instant.
He lay on my lap and I played with his hair trying to get him back to sleep.
" Dont worry Steve.. I won't talk about this , ever."
I smiled and rubbed his cheek .
'Thanks yn ..' he soon after fell asleep.
