we arrive at the beach and sit down somewhere.

"y/n, I get that you're mad and I get that you probably don't want to see me again, but I'm really sorry." says rafe

"Rafe I uh I." i'm trying to say

"y/n, I want you to know that you will always be special to me." Rafe says quickly

"Rafe, sorry okay?" I say

"Why?" he asks

"all the shit with topper, rafe." I say

"I get that you wanted revenge, I really do and it doesn't matter. i just wanna be with you, i love you y/n." says rafe

fuck why is he acting so sweet?

"Rafe it's better if we don't see each other again." I say

"y/n.."

"no rafe, last days were so tiring, i have never doubted myself so much, since this fight. I feel so bad." I say with tears in my eyes.

you show the bruises Rafe gave you.

"don't you get it?" I say

"fuck... y/n, can't we just start over from the beginning?" he says emotionally

"sorry i love you." I say

I get up and walk away.

"Y/n please! i made mistakes and i'm so sorry i really love you please don't leave me!" he shouts

I start to cry very loudly as I walk home.

I call Sarah crying.

"y/n?? everything okay??" asks sarah

"sarah" I say crying

"y/n baby what is it?? where are you?"Sarah says worried

"do you wanna come over? please?" I say crying

"oh bb, i'm coming to your house, be there soon, love you." says sarah.

after 15 minutes sarah arrives at your house, it is raining and you are sitting outside crying.

Sarah gets out of her car and walks towards you

"y/n what are you doing outside, get in quickly!!" she calls

"sarah i miss him." I say

"bb what happened??" she asks

"I let him go.. rafe.. I left him." I say crying

sarah sits down next to me and gives me a hug

"y/n, maybe this is best for both of you?" sarah says

"look at john b and me, we're not together anymore, but still get along." sarah says

"sarah i love him, i can't live without him." I say

*sarah and i go to your room and talk and go to sleep*

*2 DAYS LATER*

it's been 2 days since i let Rafe go for good, he's going his own way and I'm going my own way. best for both of us, right?

I walked to the local shop where I went to get beer for the chateau.

I walk in and see Rafe standing at the cash register. We look at each other and I immediately look away, uncomfortable right?
