Wonderland

Episode one

I lay there siting in bed day dreaming . I have to start a new school tomorrow I don't want to go. But my parents say I have to . My new home is to far away to go back to my old school. It's sucks really my brother can start fresh since he was only in grade seven were I have to go into grade nine he can fit in easier I can't . My friends were people like me. Some lazy, some annoying and some sporty but loveable all the same . I'm gonna miss them.

My new school is cinnamon grave high . Creepy yet delicious I know .It's weird really my brother got this schooler ship there it's only for the highly elite but my parents some how got me in don't ask me how they did it but they did . So tomorrow I have to wear a stupid uniform with a white Botton up shirt, red cotton skirt , white socks and black shoes . It's weird the uniform I don't like skirts I find them airy and open but I like shorts there baggy yet confined.

New schools suck they always have the cliches like the queen, the jock, the nerds, the criminal and the basket case. And the new ones ,the duff and the new kid . The new kid one is always the temporary one but it still is one.

"Ali go to bed please" my brother begs since I have a light one and he can't sleep.

"Maybe I wanna sabotage you so you'll be tired and fail your first day in class"i say

"MOOOOM ALI WANTS ME TO FAIL CLASS TOMORROW"

"Alice hatter Archer don't you dare do that to your brother now go to bed"my mother said sternly as she walks past our room.

I look at my brother and he pokes his tongue out and goes to sleep so I turn off my lamp light and sleep.

BEEEP BEEEP BEEEP . And there goes my alarm as usual my brother is awake and ready and has already set my stuff out. "Hey why do you always set my stuff out"I ask
"Cause last time I didn't get your stuff out you went to school still buttoning up your shirt and one shoe on " he said , getting toast out for me "is there a problem with it "he said

"No I kinda like having a butler "I say putting my shirt on and slipping on my skirt.

"Did mum and dad already leave "I say ''yeah there heading to work''. He walk around cleaning as I put on my white socks that go to my mid thigh plus my converse all stars and buckled wrist bands . I put some eyeliner on and I'm good.

"And you say you aren't goth" my little brother said .
"I'm not it's just eyeliner and wrist bands . Come on Sid give me a brake "I say.

He looks at me then grabs my bag as I grab my phone off the charger and my head phones .

"Let's go " I say and were out the door .

So here we stand out side the creepiest school in history it's red bricked with black tiles on the roof and giant iron gates that creak when opened,it's creepy as hell.

"So do we go in " Sid sais, slightly scared.

"How about we skip school and never tell mum"I say back .

He looks at me than at the school . The bell rings but we stand still until some boy rushes by us I look at him and we make eye contact for a split second . He looks about my age .The winds blowing a note near my foot.
'Welcome to cinnamon grave high it's one hell of a place'  .It sais in messy writing , The harsh wind blew sending shivers up my spine. "We better go in"I take Sid's hand and start walking towards the front office, I look around it has crows pecking at the ground and since it early fall orange and red leaves stain the ground giving it a eerie look .

We walk up the cement stairs and through the red and black doors .

"There it is "I point it out the office and we start running towards it. We lightly push open the door. The office lady looks startled. "Can I help you?"she sais kindly "yeah we're the new kids"I say, she types something into her computer "Alice Hatter Archer and Zeus Poseidon Archer" we nod and she prints out some papers "The letter and first number represents the class and the second number represents the floor it's on "she tells us and we nod and leave .

"I'll take you to your first class ok "I say, Sid nods and passes me his timetable (H62 science) .We walk up the second floor and find its class rooms in alphabetical order."so do we go left or right " I ask and Sid points left "left it is", we walk and eventually find his class room . I get down on one of my knees and look at him "it our first day and were new so show them what you got and if anyone picks on you come straight to me " he nods and goes inside . I stand up and look at my time table (I23 English ) I go up to the third floor and look down the hall I turn right and find that I for some reason feel like Alice going down the rabbit hole . ( how original ) I eventually find my room and knock "come in" , A sophisticated voice sais .I walk in and stand at the door. "And who may you be" the female teacher said, "I'm Alice Archer your new student "I say sort of nervously. She looks at me like a antique doll : fragile and fair . "Well welcome to English were studying Shakespeare " I nod and look around the boy that I bumped into is here staring in my direction and couple of other boys. The girls look at me like a piece of meat to vegetarians : Disgusting and despicable.

"Um can I ask were do I sit" I ask she looks at me and then at the boys "sit next to the first boy you first laid those pretty sapphire eyes on". A wave of "ooos" make there way around the room "quite children let the girl choose " she sais in a hushed voice . I start walking and stop next to the boy who gave the note ,I see him put his head down but not before I see a slight smirk . "The girl has chosen Emily move"the teacher sais. A blond girl who it seems to be Emily look at the teacher in utter rage "Miss I won't be able to sit next to Tyler than if I move" , she look at a red head boy who she sits next to her on  the left. "The girl chose her spot so move ". Emily shoots me a dirty glare before she moves to a spot at the back . I sit down and face the front. "That my dear people is a perfect example of we are studying from Shakespeare . Love ,lose and triumph so turn your books to page three oh two and Copy down my notes" she sais I pull out my English book and a pen. "Oh and peter please share your book with Alice I don't mind if you combine tables to do it".

The boy pulled his tables towards mine and puts some dusty book on the table . We write stuff down until bell goes but I stay behind to finish notes . " come one we have to leave now", A male voice rings out next to me ,he has my bag . "Thank you" I say putting stuff away . He hands me a note (sit with me at lunch yes/no ).I circle yes I check my time table (A31 sport ) "hey Peter wait here "I say and wave to him , he grumbles and I notice a slight pink in his pale cheeks . I run to my brothers class and see him standing there I stop and turn him around "so how was class" he gives me a thumbs up "it was good I made some friends and a girl said hi" I look the people behind him "you his friends " they nod and I smile "I gotta go so don't blow anything up like I did " I say and then start running I hope on the railing and slid all the way down getting a lot of stairs from People .

I reach the locker rooms to change then I head to sport . My sport uniform consists of a white cotton shirt sport shorts and any shoes we want so I kept my normal ones one. I walk to my class and stand in line with the others . "Good morning maggots" A burly bald dude says he has squinty eyes and a scolding look to him . "morning sir " ,the class yells "we have some new meat today so we're gonna play some dodgeball " ( also very original )Every guy  hoots except the girls they groan. We make our way to the hall and set up two teams . I was on some kids team named drake he seemed cool , nice to everyone. I got into my stance and let the war begin.

Three people were out already be for I knew it has started but I kept dodging balls I also caught a few but I was keeping my strength for the finals . My team was running out it was only me and drake left against Tyler and some guy they call dozer . I caught dozers ball and Tyler caught drakes. "Ok maggots this kid and Tyler are gonna verse it out so start taking bets one who's gonna win" , wait is he serious are they allowed to do that, I thought. Nearly everyone went on Tyler's team but a girl named Harley she was very shy by what I observed about her was one my team "Ready set throw" , I ran like lightning towards the balls and scooped them up and I threw with a lot of force , they started beating the wall but he dodged them , he got one and threw it really hard , I side stepped and it just missed me . I grabbed one I threw it really hard and it hit him he went flying into the wall .  He hit the wall and slid down the room went so quite you could hear a pin drop. He groaned adding suspense in the hall I could practically hear the music of victory . He held the ball up in the air. The hall erupted with cheers and whistles for Tyler everyone left with Tyler up in the air , they were soon gone and left me there stunned . "It's ok to lose to Tyler cause nobody wins against him", A shy voice said. I turn and see Harley coming towards me . "No it's not that it's just I've never done anything like that"I say . She smiles "well I like it ", she smiles a cute smile at me. I smile at her  and we walk towards the change rooms . I get dressed into my normal uniform ,as I'm don't the buckled wristband the Bell rings for lunch. I grab my stuff and walk over to the lunch room waving Harley goodbye.
