With every passing day, letters were send to Aurora with the Imperial stamp but she merely scanned through it then threw it away.

Nothing mentioned revenge but Vincent continuesly asked for an audience. He needed to talk to her or whatever excuses he had.

"My Lady, I have gathered the information according to your previous request." Lena said handing over the documents to Aurora. This request was not only for her but also a test for Lena. She had to know whether Lena was trust worthy or not.

"Thank you Lena. Please," Aurora said giving the letter she wrote earlier to her maid. "make sure this letter is delivered to the house of Genra before sundown. It's a letter of notice of my arival tomorrow. Also, arrange me carriage for tomorrow afternoon to the Western Empire."

"Yes my Lady but isnt that too soon to arrive? They won't be able to prepare for my Lady." Lena said, worried that Aurora won't get the best treatment there.

"That is the point Lena. If I leave any sooner they might flee." Aurora said.

"Yes my Lady. I will tend to it immediately." Lena said and left the room so Aurora could go through the documents.

They were quite useful ideed.

"Alright everything is already packed. The carriage won't be here for some time so why don't my Lady have some tea?" Lena asked as she placed the luggage at the door.

"No thank you Lena. I'm just going to go through these documents so you can go rest. It's going to be a long journey." Aurora said. Lena thanked her and then left to go rest up. This was so stressful. So many things could go wrong. Passing the border was luckily not a problem, seeing as the house of Deshon is in charge of the soldiers at the border as well and one of the two most important families of the Empire.

Suddenly a knock on the door awaked Aurora out of her thoughts.

"Yes?" she answered.

"M-my Lady, there is a guest at the gates entering the estate. Please, let me get you ready." Lena said nervously. Who could possibly set her maid into such a state?

"Alright. Who is it?" Aurora asked placing the documents down.

"...his Highness the crown prince." Lena said. Aurora's eyes widened. Out of all the people he was the one she had no energy for right now. Lena helped her lady to the door of the house where her entire family was waiting and talking to the one and only Vincent. Her parents were nervous. That was clear.

"Ah, my dear. I was waiting for you to show up. Please excuse me, I have matters to attend to with your daughter." he said to her parents. There was no way that they were prepared to get a guest of his status. The kitchen is probably in a panic.

"Of course. Lena, please escort his highness to the host room. I will be with your Highness shortly." Aurora said.

"Okay, okay. Don't keep me waiting though." Vincent said and followed Lena with his two guards following behind him.

Her parents stood in shock as they watched their daughter handle the situation calmly. So it was true what Lena had told them. Had their daughter finally matured?

Aurora headed out to the kitchen to solve this problem. As she expected everyiwas talking and running around with no intentions of doing anything. They were completely lost.

"Maids, get me some tea and take out that pie from yesterday immediately! " Aurora shouted into the kitchen which made everyone quiet and stopped to look at her.
