Y/N's POV: My bitch of a ex-wife Danielle Phillips just loves to create allegations against me and has seemed to love ruining my fucking life ever since I divorced her 4 years ago and is now accusing me of being a pedophile and having raped her several times throughout our relationship which is all absolute bullshit but for some reasons, she has somehow convinced the public that this is all true...

Because of her stupid false convictions against me, I'm not allowed to see my three children (not that my daughter even wanted to see me in the first place after the divorce) without a police officer present at all times as I'm now considered a 'danger' towards them when I haven't done anything to them at all!

The only people who believe my side of the story are my current wife, my older sister and brother, my parents, Leigh-Anne, André and Alex, my best friends, and Jordan, Jade's boyfriend.

My mother-in-law and father-in-law don't believe me despite Perrie telling them the truth, I think it's because they have never liked me. Perrie's father always thought of me as stupid and too pathetic to be with his daughter but did I listen to what the bastard said? No, of course not...

I get led into the courtroom by a police officer in handcuffs where I catch eye with my ex-wife and our daughter who both give me a sinister smile simultaneously which gives me internal chills.

"Today, we continue the rape and pedophilia allegations made against Y/N Thirlwall by Danielle Phillips, Miss Phillips, last week you mentioned that Mr Thirlwall sexually assaulted you several times in your 6 year relationship." The judge announces, shuffling the papers in his hands. "Today, we will be inviting Mr Thirlwall's older sister, Miss Thirlwall to give her account."

I watch as my older sister Jade walks up to the witness stand, she gives me a inconspicuous smile.

"I am Jade Thirlwall, Y/N's older sister and Danielle's ex-sister-in-law." My sister introduces herself before Danielle's lawyer begins pummeling her with questions.

"On the 14th of May 2013, can you recall what happened that day with Mr Thirlwall?"

"My brother and I were out at the park with our father on that day for a bit of bonding time before I dropped him off back at his house in South Shields" My sister answers, truthfully.

"This was reported that this was the day that Y/N first sexually assaulted Danielle, did you see Y/N and Danielle interact after you dropped him off?"

"I don't recall seeing Danielle's vehicle in their driveway at the start when I dropped him off but I did spot Danielle out with her younger brother Kieran later that evening whilst heading home."

"Did Danielle seem inebriated or under the influence of drugs when you spotted her?"

"She was acting normal with Kieran when I saw her, they were both holding alcoholic drinks in their hands so it is a possibility that Danielle could have been inebriated when she got home."
