Hearts Intertwine

Chapter 1

It's 8am when Emmy arrives at work, it's not raining but there is a slight wind. Emmy grabs her coffee cup and starts to get out her car, remembering to bring all her bags with her into the school. Inside the school is quiet as children don't arrive till 9am, so it's just staff currently. As Emmy walked into the staffroom she noticed that everyone seemed to be talking about what they were seeing/reading on their phones. "Okay what is everyone talking about that we are very awake for a Monday morning?" Emmy said as she looked around. Her friend Sam replied "apparently it's rumoured that Johnny Depp has a girlfriend and they were spotted together at the weekend." Emmy stood taking in the information before trying to make sure her face was neutral "well good for him. He deserves it and I'm sure she is lovely" and with that Emmy walked out of the staffroom and along the corridor to her classroom before fishing her phone out of her bag.

Once in her classroom Emmy quickly called her boyfriend of a year. "Hey babe. I'm just at work and you will never believe what is all over social media!" Whilst Emmy rambles on about what was on social media, Johnny took a deep breath and started to light a cigarette "love don't worry I will sort it all out, I promise Emmy they will not crows you", Johnny was starting to get angry with the press following them like vultures, he was used to the Fame but Emmy was just a normal school teacher who he had met whilst in London and well the rest is history really but because of the trail they had decided to keep their relationship a secret. They weren't ashamed just Johnny was worried the press would try a rip their relationship to shreds but he also didn't want the press and public commenting on Emmy's appearance, he loved all of her curved and didn't care at all that she wasn't skinny or a model but he knew if people commented it would affect her big time plus their was an age gap and Johnny just wanted to protect her from the comments. "Listen love I'm going to handle this, so please and try have a good day at work okay, I love you." Emmy took a breath "love you too."

Emmy decided to do just what Johnny said, so she got the class set up before going into her best friends Maz's class who's class was right  next to yours she was also one of the few people who knew you were dating Johnny Depp and had help you keep your secret and got to meet him. You walk into her class and see Maz sitting behind her desk, " Morning guess you saw what's all over social" you said as you walked in and handed her a bacon roll and can of coke. She looked at you "thanks. Don't worry Emmy and don't get yourself in a tizz, okay I guarantee Johnny is talking to his PR team right now." "You're right he is probably is doing that right well anyway what is the plan of action cause I don't think I can hide in your class Maz." Both Emmy and Maz laughed as they knew Mondays were always chaos.

10:40am - Breaktime
The first part of the morning had been smooth sailing for Emmy but she couldn't stop thinking about social and the comments which made her think of Johnny and how he will be wanting to make sure she was okay but not be bothered how he himself is feeling, and just like that your phone rings. "Hey doll how's work so far ?"  You smile at how sweet and caring Johnny always is. "I'm good babe, how are you ? And don't say fine because I know you always forget about yourself and you also forget that I know you Johnny!" He laughs as I tell him off "that's very true babydoll and I love that you and I wouldn't want it any other way." Johnny had been trying to what he calls damage control from all this morning but he had got nowhere so he knew Emmy had read all the comments to the post as the press had got only a shadow/outline of them. "Emmy, forgot to say Adam is gonna come pick up your car to have you're there checked, okay baby?" Johnny had made a plan to be in control of the press but he wasn't telling Emmy that just yet. "Thanks babe can Adam use your keys so I don't have staff asking questions about my love life also need the car back before 3pm" all Johnny could do was laugh and be thankful that she hadn't worked out what he was doing by having Adam pick up her car.

Johnny's Plan
Johnny had realised that he needed to be in control of what the press saw first. So he devised that was just what he was doing to do. He took his phone out and started flicking through his pictures looking for the picture Emmy had taken of him kissing her hand in the car. Once he found it he opened Instagram and posted it with a ❤️. Johnny smiled as he reached for his pack of cigarettes part one was done he had confirmed he was in a relationship without giving much away. As he lit his cigarette he took his phone out and ordered a big bouquet of red roses to Emmy's work, knowing that will make the staff there start talking which is what he needed for the rest of his plan to work.
