At the latter part of October my cousin is going home to our province and will spend his semestral break with me playing plain basketball. We were not given such break but one day I missed her going home so we did not meet that day. When I got home I texted with the cell phone of my cousin. I asked her if she got home already but the reply was so farfetched that it made me laugh to the extent that I cried.

My heart skipped a beat, my eyes are piercing with every words, my mind was about to rupture. I just silently went to my room, shouted, cried. What does the message says? “Stop texting, following, talking or even approaching me. I cannot love you, I tried but no I can’t,” I quickly deleted the message but she sent it again, she really means it.

The day passed, in the morning I am thinking of not going to school. Really the pm affected me. I managed to go to school, I became quiet then my seatmate asked me because I am not that quiet. I told him the whole story from beginning to end he just adviced “Let’s eat,” I followed him with no more worries.

We were dismissed I was invited to play a game and declined. I waited for her. She passed by me and never greeted nor smiled. I just walked away knowing what happened. (See my explanation at the latter part of the first chapter)
