—————Sora loved colors.
He loved how bright and beautiful Yumenosaki academy was.
All the overwhelming colors bursting out of everyone. Bright yellow of happiness, light emerald of curiosity, baby blue of calmness, countless different emotion colors. It was truly amazing.
See, even Wataru was bounding around exclaiming the word "AMAZING".
However, only Sora could see the color of people's emotions, and he treasured this extremely special skill.

Sora has a list of colors.
It has all the different colors of everything. Each color had been listed down with the source written next to it, neat and tidy on a lime and yellow notebook.
Golden means extreme happiness.
Bright yellow means energetic happiness.
Translucent cyan for the feeling of safeness.
Bright translucent red is anger.
Relaxation is ultramarine.
Grey for boredom.
A lot of different eye-blinding colors from a phone. (He does not list those colors. They are too overwhelming and that is why he doesn't carry a phone with him.)
Lots more on his list. Sora lists down every new color he sees. He goes on color hunts sometimes and explores Yumenosaki academy to see if there are any new colors around. It is very exciting for Sora.
—————
Sora has a favorite color. It comes from love.
One Saturday at sunset, Sora was exploring the school grounds again with his little notebook and pen. A sudden astounding burst of color on the Yumenosaki rooftop park shocked him. Swirls of pale pink, sunflower yellow, magenta, hot pink and violet with a dash of amber appeared before his eyes.
Sora nearly fainted.
He got a little dizzy, but kept walking to the source of color. For a moment, he stopped and stared. On a bench at the rooftop park were Subaru and Hokuto. They were feeding each other heart shaped chocolates while smiling dreamily at each other. At that moment, Sora realized that those colors he had seen were the colors of love.

A week later, Sora's class went on a stargazing picnic.
It was just him and his classmates, without the teachers, who definitely had not organized that little activity. However, it was an extremely special day. In fact, it was the day that he realized that he had a crush on his best friend, Tsukasa.
That evening, Sora and his friends sat on a pretty picnic mat. They were staring at the beautiful bright stars and eating ice cream. The moonlight shone on Tsukasa and Sora couldn't help but glance at him. He was absolutely gorgeous. His indigo eyes reflected the moonlight, his red hair blown gently by the wind and his sweet smile let out a hint of rosy pink into his surroundings. Sora could sense the pink very clearly, but another familiar color caught his attention. The swirls of pale pink, sunflower yellow, magenta, hot pink, violet and amber returned. He looked around and inspected everyone. Nothing unusual, no hint of love anywhere. Sora was about to stand up and find the source of color, but his rapid heartbeat stopped him. He then realized that the colors had come from him. He stared at Tsukasa again. The colors became brighter. It struck him like a lightning, he had a crush on Tsukasa.
