Rachel's pov
Jesse and I sat down near a garage called Tej's garage,we checked off every garage in Miami.we were down to our last pieces of food:a tuna sandwich."Brian's favorite..."I thought as I took a bite out of it.i split off a piece and placed it down on the floor,Jesse immediately began eating it.i exhaled,it was so hot.i exhaled and wiped the sweat off my forehead,"what day is it?"I thought.i saw a pretty lady coming out of Tej's garage,"excuse me,what day is it today?"I asked her.she turned around and looked at me,"it's Monday kid."she said.she then went to her pink car and left,"Monday..."I whispered.i widened my eyes,"my birthday..."I remembered.

Rachel's pov
"Yo Rach!wanna play tic tac toe with me?"Jesse asked,"I would but you always beat me."i said.Letty and Leon laughed,"how bout I go easy on you this time?"he suggested.me."Yo Dom!do you want a beer?"Letty asked Dom,she was always trying to get Dom out of his office.but as usual,Dom always had beer with him when he was in his office."When will she learn?"I sighed,"Don't stress on it,you're only like what?6?"Jesse said."I'm 7 now,my birthday was 4 weeks ago."I mumbled,"Why didn't you tell us?"Letty asked.i shrugged,"I dunno."i said.

Tears rolled down my cheek,Jesse whimpered and rested his head on my lap.i gently wiped my tears,"happy birthday to me..."I thought.I took a deep breath,"come on Rachel,be strong."I encouraged myself.I put on a happy face and stood up,Jesse wagged his tail as he stood up as well."come on boy,let's go find Brian."i said confidently,Jesse stuck his tongue out and barked.
