𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐞? ||𝐀 𝐆𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐗 𝐅𝐞𝐦!𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫||

Day 4: The Confrontation.

You have a dream. It was.. fairly odd to say at the least. You were in this dark, grey world. It was cloudy, looking like it was about it rain. In the dream, there was this forest area. You've decided to avoid it, because it gave you a horrible feeling. You walked down the blank street, seeing stores and such. Nobody was around though. You get to an opening field, seeing wheat. You turn to your left, and start walking down the road once more. After at least 2 minutes of walking, there was this figure in the road. They wore a very dark grey ish dark brown robe. It was torn and worn out. They pointed a skinny finger out to you. Words came from the air..? " Be aware. Your life's changed." It read. You felt the ground spiral below you, sucking you down into a pit. You woke up. " oh god. These weird ass dreams again." You said, sitting up and holding you're head. It was 5:39. " might as well get ready." You mumbled, getting out of bed. You went to the bathroom, did your hair, brushed your teeth, and pondered if today was going to be absolutely insane. You got to your dresser, and wore a light blue crop top jacket, with a grey sweater underneath. You wore jeans that had shapes and smiley faces on them. You got your bag, emptied out everything from last night again, and packed your school stuff. You put your bag on and went downstairs, yawing so much. " hey devin." You said, waving to him. " hey, you want some pancakes?" He asked. You nodded as he got whipped cream, jam, butter, and syrup. He put jam and whipped cream on his, and handed your plate to you, along with everything else he got out. You both sat down at the table. " you worried about today?" He asked, saying you have visible worry on your face. " yeah, kind of." You said, eating your pancakes with whatever you put on them. You both chatted for a bit until you were finished. " want me to bring you there too? Or would you like to take the bus today." He asked. " I'll go on the bus for this morning. Thanks for the offer though." You said, putting your headphones in one ear. " alright then, just meet me at the front benches." He said, walking out the door with you. He locked the door as you nodded in response. He waited for the bus to arrive before riding off. You hopped onto the bus and picked a middle row seat. You looked out the window, hoping something would come out of today. You arrived at school shortly afterwards, getting off as quickly as possible and rushing to your first class, not wanting to be seen by anyone. Your first class was science. The teacher was chill though, he would let you in early if anything was to happen with Dixie and you. You opened the door to see Mr.Kasey. "Ah, hello miss Y/N. Something upsetting you?" He asked, as you sat down in your seat. "It's nothing, just had a rough night yesterday. I don't want to start drama with Dixie today. My brothers picking me up because of it." You explained to the teacher. "Oh, we'll just come see me if anything were too happen and you need to get away from her." He smiled warmly as the bell rang. Class started and you drifted to sleep. The teacher didn't mind though, as you've already explained your situation. The bell rang after what felt like forever. You thanked Mr.Kasey and headed out to your next few classes. It was 6th period, and you had history with the one and only, Dixie. She kept glaring at you for the class period. When the bell rang again, she stopped you outside. " I still want to speak with you Y/N. And I'm serious." She glared at you, making you very uncomfortable. You decided to go see Mr.Kasey again, since he told you to stay in his class if Dixie caused you trouble. The bell rang and shortly after you had entered his room. The whole class looked at you, wondering what you were doing there. " oh, Y/N. Did something happen ?" He asked, you nodded." Come sit at my desk for this period then, I'll call your teacher saying your here for class work help." He said, winking at you. You smiled knowing he was totally cool. You sat down and went through your phone all the time you were there. The last bell had rang and everyone raced out. " Hey Y/N!" The teacher had called out. You looked back. "Good luck with Dixie, I'm not sure if I should say this, but kick her butt if you need to." He smiled and gave you two thumbs up as you smiled back. "Bye Mr.Kasey, cya Monday!" You shouted. You were a few feet from the front gates. You took a deep breath and sped walked your way to where your brother said he would meet you. He wasn't there though? You immediately texted him. " Hey, where are you??" You said. "I'm coming, my teacher had me move chairs. I swear to god shes so annoying." You giggled at that. "Hey! Are you Trying to ignore me?" Dixie walked up to you, as you quickly texted your brother. "She's here, hurry.".. "uh no, I want sure where you wante-" " cut the bs Y/N. I know you've been hanging out with Gonner." She said, obviously frustrated. " you never cared for him anyways. You left him in the dust for no reason." You got angry. "Well obviously, I can't handle two lives at once!?" She shouted. " Hey! Get the hell away from her." Your brother showed up on his bike. Dixie backed up a bit. " And who the hell are you? This is none of your business." She glared at your brother. "I'm her sibling. Who else would I be you inconsiderate brat." He glared back at Dixie. She scoffed. " I would suggest you get your emo ass,  flea infested hair, nosey ass attitude, and just." He gaged. "Get rid of just everything girl. You look awful with the black lipstick." He said, laughing at Dixie as she backed up more. His friends rode along with him, and they had just shown up to hear that. They started laughing too as you smirked at Dixie. "Get your petty ass and scram you goofy ahh kid." One of His friends said. Dixie scoffed and sped walked away, obviously scared at embarrassment and not wanting to look scared. "Thank you guys, it means a lot." You said to the boys. They all said no problem or, your welcome. You hopped onto the bike with your brother as he parted with his friends and rode home with you. " that was awesome. How'd you do it?" You said. " just make them feel ugly as hell, that's my tactic." He said, proudly. You laughed and totally forgot about Gonner. You both had arrived home and hopped off the bike. Devin put his bike on the side of the house. You unlocked the door and went inside, devin following after you, locking the door. " you wanna 1v1 on Super Smash Bros?" He asked, which you said yes to. " you're so gonna lose." You said, racing up the stairs to put your bag away and hop onto the couch with him. He booted up the Wii and you sat down. He sat next to you. Devin had picked King Dedee, saying he liked his character. You decided to pick Kirby, not realizing they came from the same franchise until devin pointed it out. You both laughed as you both played for hours on end. It was now around 7:58. "HOW DO YOU KEEP WINNING?!?" Devin shouted, as you laughed. " I don't know!" You said, between laughs. " I'm gonna go to my room though now. Is that okay?" You asked, as he nodded. You got up, leaving him behind to do his own thing. You opened your door to look around. You then had the realization that you hadn't visited Gonner yet. You wanted to say sorry for last night again, and say thank you for sticking up for me. You frantically put on your socks and began to get your shoes from your closet.  You heard a little tapping noise from the window. You decided to check it out really quick. "Gonner?!" You half shouted. He was climbing your wall apparently. He smiled as you let him in. "Aye lass, thank ye for opening the window." He said, climbing through. You were astonished at how he got here. "I was about to go see you.. I'm sorry I didn't, me and my brother were hanging out." You explained, waiting for an outburst of some type. "It's okay me hearty. Aye understand." He said, giving you a hug. " I also wanted to say, I'm sorry about leaving you so sudden yesterday. I shouldn't have been such a crybaby.." you said, looking away from his freckled face. " as I said last night, it was better for ye to go home and rest." He said. " Hey Y/N, why'd you yell a wor..." your brother burst in. You looked at Gonner and back at your brother. " oh. My. God. IS THAT THE DUDE YOUR DATING??" He laughed. " I NEVER SAID I WAS DATING ANYONE." You yelled turning redder by the second. "YOUR FACE SAYS OTHERWISE YOU STINKY LIAR." He pointed at you and you screeched in fear. You fell to the floor. You didn't want to know what came next. " sorry about that, she's a dork sometimes." Devin walked up to Gonner and shook his hand. " nice to meet ye, uh.." " devin, you are?" " Gonner, nice to meet ye Devin."  You looked up for a second to see them talking a bit. " Y/N's full of tiny little surprises." Devin said, poking you with his foot. You groaned, covering your face in your hands. You were surprised devin didnt comment on his accent or clothing. " Ye, She's told loads about you. You've seemed like a pretty generous lad." Gonner said. You wanted to die then and there. " oh, she has?" He said, laughing a bit. "Kill me." You groaned, flipping onto your back and laying like a startfish. "Not yet sis" Devin joked. " anyways, ignore the dying person on the floor, are you hungry, thirsty?" Devin asked Gonner. "Not really, I ate a little bit ago. Maybe some water would help though." He smiled at devin as he winked at Gonner. " Okayy, I'll be back thennnn~" he said in a singsong voice. He closed the door behind him. " ye boyfriend huh?" Gonner asked, laying next to you. " I never said that to himmmm, " you said covering your face again. " aye, it's quite alright. " Gonner removed your hands from your face. You looked over at him. He smiled at you as you did back. " ye look stunnin' when you smile lassie. Ye know that, right?" He said, chuckling after. You got flustered. " thanks I suppose" you were running out of words to say. Your brother burst in with a cup of water, Gonner sat up and gladly took it. He drank some and put it on your desk afterwards. Devin and Gonner spoke quietly, not making out what they were saying. You decided to check the time. It was around 12:12 at this point. You were so tired and decided to flop onto your bed. "Hey man, you wanna sleep over tonight?" Devin asked. " I don't see the harm in that lad, why's not." Gonner said. You peeked over. "You can sleep on Y/Ns bed, she won't mind. Ehehehe. Have fun, night guyysss." Devin said, shutting the door. Gonner climbed up onto the bed next to you, not sure what to do next. " if your gonna sleep then you gotta lay down first." You mumbled. Gonner did as you said, after taking off his hat, vest, and boots. You were so tired you didn't care what you did. You slung your arm over Gonner. He said or did nothing, he just let you do whatever. " night gonnnerrr" you mumbled. " goodnight lassie, have swell dreams." He said, holding your hand as he layed down to sleep aswell.
Your brother snuck open the door, and snapped a picture of you two together, soon after shutting the door.
