Hi everyone, I just wanted to add a quick authors note before starting the story.
This is my first ever story, so please be nice! My writing skills have never been the strongest, believe it or not, I'm much better at math. With that being said, I would love constructive criticism!
I fell in love reading long lost daughter and mafia brother tropes, so I decided to try and write one of my own. I was inspired by so many different stories it would be impossible to list them all.
The characters and their aesthetics I made all on my own! However, I do not own any of the images, I found them all on pinterest. The same can be said for the cover and chapter banners.
You are always free to imagine the characters however you want. I just love digital design and personally like having an idea of a characters looks.
I marked my story as mature because there are topics such as abuse, violence, drugs, alcohol, etc that will be mentioned. I won't put a trigger warning in every chapter, only on ones I feel need it.
Lastly, If you find any similarities with my book and another, please know it's most likely coincidental. It is never my intention to plagiarize and or steal someone else's ideas.
I honestly have no idea how this new experience is going to go, so wish me luck! :)
P.S. I have never watched Parks and Recreation, I just thought Parks and Moretti would be a fun name!
