Chapter 4:

Natasha and Steve were finishing up their SHIELD tour for Virginia. When all of a sudden the intercom came on and said, "Captain, Widow, and Virginia please report to dock 2."

"What could that be about?" Steve said. "I don't know Steve, but we should probably go find out." "Right." Steve replied back. The two started to walk off when I said, "эй, ты куда? (Hey, where are you going.)" Natasha relied, "У нас есть миссия, чтобы поехать на. Я думаю, вы можете пометить наряду. (We have a mission to go on. I guess you can tag along.)" I looked at her and smiled. "Может быть, на то, как я могу научить вас по-английски. (Maybe on the way I can teach you some English.)"
I ball my hand into a fist and thrusted it up over my head. "Да !!! Пошли! (Yes!!! Let's go!)" "Natasha? You coming?" Steve asked. "Yeah, looks like Virginia is gonna tag along too." Natasha replied back to Steve. "где мы направляемся? (Where are we headed?)" I asked Natasha. "Док 2 (Dock 2)" she answered.

After a while of walking we finally ended up in Dock 2. It was massive! There were jets and people everywhere!

I was lost in a world of my own when I heard Natasha shout, "Вирджиния! Давай! (Virginia! Come on!)" I suddenly snapped back to reality and sprinted over to where I had heard Natasha voice, dodging people as quickly as I could.
"Natasha and Virginia, it might be best to take a seat." Steve instructed us. Natasha nodded and then nudged me. "Давайте получить место. (Let's go get a seat.)"
I nodded and took the seat that Steve was about to sit in. He turned around with a serious look on his face. All I could do was chuckle to myself about how I, Virginia Barnes, took the seat of the legendary, Captain America.

~~On jet over Indian Ocean~~

I was sitting minding my own business when an agent, who looks sort of familiar, pulled down a transparent monitor and started to give the other on board a neighbor rundown of the mission.

After the meeting I asked Natasha, "Наташа, то, что было краткое? (Natasha, what was the rundown?)" Natasha looked at me and replied, "Пираты щит агентов в заложники на судне. (Pirates have SHIELD agents hostage on a ship.)" I last thinking on how many. "Наташа, сколько? (Natasha, how many?)" I asked. "Мы не знаю точно, но у них есть один офицер, яшма Ситвелл. (We don't know exactly, but they do have one officer, Jasper Sitwell.)" I nodded. 'Something's not right here. I can feel it. How did they get Sitwell so fast? What was he doing on a ship anyway?'

"Земля Виргинии. (Earth to Virginia.)" Natasha waved her hand in front of my face. "Капитан хочет, чтобы вы и я, чтобы убить двигатель. Понял? (Captain wants you and I to kill the engine. Got that?)" I nodded back to her. We both got up and watched Steve get ready. I was messing around with the earpiece I found a while ago on the table next to my bed. It had a note from Tony Stark. I laughed at his attempt at Russian.

The note said,
'Hey kiddo,
Just to let us know this is a SHIELD earpiece, but I tricked it out with a few things for ya. There is a small button on the side that will translate what people, like Capsicle, says in English directly into Russian. Oh yea, next time we meet up ask me about JARVIS.

I still laugh about that part. Tony is a dork! I can't wait to meet him again.

I pressed that small button on the side and over heard Natasha and Steve's conversation.

"You doing anything fun Saturday night?" Natasha said. Steve replied, "Well, all the guys from my barbershop quartet are dead so no, not really."

I looked at Steve, dropped my head, and laughed. Steve and Nat looked at me in confusion. Steve asked, "Wait you can understand me?" I nodded. Now, all I could think about was how to make Cap loose it. I closed my eyes and said only to him, "Yeah, Tony gave me this thing." I pointed to my ear non shalantly but Steve looked at me like I was crazy. "Did you just?!?!?" He asked. "Yeah, cool isn't it." I said to him only. "What the heck are you to doing?" I looked at Natasha and told her, "I can do this."

'Coming up on the dropzone Cap.' I heard an agent say. Nat was going on about Steve love life. BORING! I just sat there listening. Steve started walking toward the end of the jet. I then realized he didn't have a parachute. "Are you serious Steve?" I asked him. He responded with a nod and jumped out of the plane.

'He's an idiot' I said while facepalmed myself.
