It has been a devastating night. I was on a walk through the woods when I felt the urge to go back to the cabin, so I did. Not only to find my family paying in a puddle of blood, dead.
I ran back into the woods until I heard a noise. It sounded like footsteps. Too large to be a bird or a squirrel.
