Prologue

Our story takes place in a big and glamorous city called "Golden City." It's also well known as "The City Of The Stars."

Where the celebrities and the rich live lavishly, while the not so fortunate ones struggles to thrive day by day.

It's also a city where everyone was expecting for everyone to live up to society's expectations. So it was a very strict and critical environment, but a beautiful and luxurious city with lots of musical, fashion and art cultures.

If the people found out that you live with the celebrities and millionaires. Either they'll be jealous of you, hate you or respect you.

They always say that being rich or living with the rich is an amazing thing to happen.

"You'll have more greater chance in success, you can have anything your heart desires and you can also follow along your families legacies." That's what they all say.

But in reality... That was never the case at all to everyone. Not everything has to be all about gold and glamor to the wealthy people... Not everything has to be perfect...

Especially to one unfortunate person.

"Benjamin Fairest."

He's a 19 year old boy with light blue hair and grew up with one of the famous family in the world. "The Fairest family." With aspirations of becoming a painter.

He lived with his little sister, his mother and his father.

Benjamin's father is named "Frank Fairest." A retired rap battler whose name is as well known by the youth as it is by the generations before them.

His voice and confidence was his claim to fame, but nowadays he lives very well off with his beautiful wife and up to his 2 "talented" kids.

Frank's wife and Benjamin's mother is named "Marilyn Mairest." She also had a bit of a musical past, but she is more well known as an actress and fashion model.

Despite her aging every year, her body remains young and beautiful and charms everyone with her beauty, personality and acting skills. She loved to have all eyes on her and spending time with her husband and her "gifted kids."

Lastly the young daughter of the Fairest family and a young sister to Benjamin Fairest is "Miku Mairest."

A 16 year old girl that can sing Japanese and is a very intelligent woman to the Fairest family.

They marked her as the "Golden Child," but Miku shows kindness to everyone and her brother.

Growing up. The Fairest parents wanted Benjamin and Miku to follow their footsteps on being musicans and keep their family name and legacy up, but Benjamin prefers to be a painter instead and let's say...

His parents didn't take that very well...

Everytime that Benjamin does the complete opposite of what his parents wanted or "disobey" them, he'll get punished by them verbally and emotionally, but when it comes to Frank however...

He can get...

Physical...

As if Benjamin thought that living with Asperger's and ADHD was enough, he now has to live with PTSD, Anxiety and Depression thanks to his parents abuse and try living up to their unrealistic high expectations by being someone that he doesn't wanna be.

Miku however did end up wanting to be a singer, but not for her parents sakes, for her own sake of creating her own legacy and fame.

She tried to help Benjamin in anyway she can, but it was never enough.

Not even his childhood friend Grace Dearest doesn't know it. Especially since their parents arranged a future marriage between them.

Which Grace loved to and believe that her and Benjamin are soulmates through her parents and his parents manipulation. That's why she claims the name "GF" or "Grace Fairest."

Benjamin through his whole life felt like a puppet on strings to his parents. Doing anything for his parents sake and for Grace's sake.

He'd always thought that their was no hope... He'll never be free... He'll be stuck with everyone's expectations of him and that he won't be independent and that he will be in pain for all eternity, until adulthood or the day he died.

It doesn't help that a certain monster that represents his parents that appears everytime he faints, tries to do something for his parents or thought about his parents so that it can torment him or make him submit to them no matter what...

Benjamin's life was a living hell for him...

Until one day in the first day of Senior year in highschool...

A young boy from art class that'll come to him and forever change his life for the better or for the worst...

And that boy was a notorious graffiti artist and soon to be a high school dropout. "Pico N. Grounds..."
