"I have a terrible premonition that this is going to be a mess."

(Anna Lily's POV)

I'm really happy to see Mariel here in Japan, that's good coz I'm not alone. Somehow I felt a little relieved and safe. Buong akala ko sa work na lang mauubos ang oras ko, at least Mariel would be there if I need someone to talk to.

Well that's the positive side of my life here and the other side is about my work.

8 am is the start of my work. Apart from the big condo of the famous actor, I am also assigned to another house of the wealthy clients of our company. There are five houses assigned to me and because this job keeps me busy halos hindi ko na namalayan ang paglipas ng mga araw dahil sa pagtatrabaho.

Lumipas ang mga araw ... then it became weeks... and then... nagulat na lang ako... two months have already passed. I didn't expect my days to pass this quickly. But if there's anything unexpected here that was nothing but the bad attitude of my room mates.

"Wala akong pakialam kung mas maaga kang nagigising, ikaw ang bago so kami ang dapat na muunang gumamit ng shower." one of my roommates said rudely to me, medyo nagulat ako. Kabayan pa man din siya.

"And pwedi ba kung gagabihin ka sa daan mabuti pang doon ka na matulog kesa iniistorbo mo kami tuwing uuwi ka ng late." tugon naman ng isa pa.

If I'm not mistaken we're just at the same age, nauna lang sila sa akin ng 2 years dito. Kapwa kabayan pa naman pero kung pagsungitan ako daig pa nila ang boss ko. Curious na tuloy ako kung bakit sila ganun sa akin, hindi ko na tuloy napigilang magtanong. At sa lahat naman ng sagot na katanggap-tanggap na marinig ay eto lang naman ang sinabi nila...

"Bakit? Dahil masyado kang mayabang at pabida! Nakatapos ka na nga ng pag-aaral inaagaw mo pa ang trabahong gaya nito para sa mga katulad namin? FYI, binawasan ni Boss ang loads ng trabaho namin dahil minamadali nila ang makakuha ka ng experience for your promotion. Kaming naghahanap- buhay ng maayos ay nababawasan pa ng kita dahil sa pagiging makasarili mo."

Shock ako, I don't know where they got that, I don't even know anything about it. Our manager also says nothing about my promotion, mayroon ba? Really? Naguluhan ako kung totoo ba yun or hindi, good news ba ito or not? I really don't know.

This news really bothers me, but I did not let it affects my work. Nagpatuloy lang ako sa ginagawa ko at lalo ko pang ginalingan. Bahala silang mainggit ang mahalaga ay may trabaho ako.

Natigil ako sa pag-iisip nang maiwan ng isang lalaki ang kanyang phone sa ibabaw ng counter, I am currently shopping for the groceries ng boss kong Artista. I hurried to chase him.

"Chotto matte kudasai! Anata ga satta!" Napahinto siya nang mahabol ko sa exit door.

"Thank you so much." He smiled when I handed him his phone. God he has a killer smile.

I noticed he was not only handsome but also looks rich because he was wearing a black suit. His Japanese -looking eyes suddenly stared at me, as if he was examining my whole face. Shock ako, kahit matangkad siya ay pilit niyang inilapit ang mukha niya sa akin.

"Kabayan?" he suddenly asked me with a smiling face.

Shock na naman ako. "Oh my God!" nabulalas ko. Natuwa rin siya.

"Half Filipino actually." He smiled at me again.

Natuwa naman ako, first time ko makakita ng half Japanese dito mula nang mag start ako sa trabaho. Sa dinami-dami ng pwedi kong makilala yung katulad pa niyang sobrang gwapo. This kind of encounter automatically melts my heart. Ikaw na ba si Mr. Right? Pantasyadora na naman ako.
