"Welcome once again. We'll be together for the next four months this sem!" masayang bati ni Dr. Yu sa class 4A-BA.
Nakangiting tumango naman ang halos lahat. Dr. Yu looked at the five guys at the back. He raised his eyebrows.
"At nandito pa rin kayong lima," sarkastikong saad ni Dr. Yu.
Clint shook his head and looked at the other way. Nag-wink sa isa't isa sina Geoff at Brye.
"You better be good, Pentagon Brothers," babala ni Dr. Yu.
Osmond sighed and shook his head.
Taas ang kilay na nagtinginan sina Geoff at Brye.
"Halos every year ko nang sinasabi sa kanya na hindi 'yan Pentagon Brothers. It's P5nta Brothers," inis na bulong ni Geoff kay Brye.
Raffy also nodded and looked at Dr. Yu. "It's Penta Brothers, sir."
Dr. Yu shrugged. "Anyways, before we start, I have an announcement again."
May ilang interesadong napatingin kay Dr. Yu. Malalim na bumuntung-hininga ang propesor. It's like the same scene one year ago.
"You have a new classmate."
Umawang ang bibig ng lahat maliban sa limang lalake at kay Jackie at Marianne.
"What?!!"
"Again?!"
And everybody looked at Jackie. No wonder because naging transferee din siya just last year.
Jackie, who once put her hand on her chin, sat straight and faced at her classmates with a confused look.
"What?" she asked in a discreet manner.
Everybody sighed and looked at the one who just came in from the door.
Raffy shook his head and lazily put his palm on his chin.
And just like before, they were dumbstrucked by the girl's 'disturbing' get-up, with her semi-curly, semi-red hair falling all the way to her chest and two earrings on her left ear. Both her ring fingers wore silver rings. And her face...
Napalunok sina Lara at Dale nang makita ang mukha ng bago nilang classmate. It's like...
They looked at Jackie. Hindi naman talaga sila magkatulad ng mukha, but somehow they looked just like the same because of their 'appeal' towards them. But this girl's face was more 'fierce' because of her red hair and the street accessories she's wearing. But the get up was surely like someone they knew - the pants, the chucks and the hood. Idagdag pa ang band-aid na nasa noo nito, mukha na talaga itong DELINQUENT. A beautiful delinquent, maybe.
"Hello," bati ng bagong pasok na estudyante.
Then everybody looked at Jackie again. Pati ba naman BOSES?!
Irritated, Jackie once more looked at them. "WHAT?"
Mahinang tumawa si Clint na nasa likod lang ni Jackie saka ginulo ang buhok ng nobya.
"Relax," he whispered.
Jackie looked at Clint. "Why are they looking at me?"
Clint laughed again seeing his girlfriend's confused look.
"Ah," ani Brye na naalala din ang pagpasok ni Jackie sa classroom na 'yon one year ago. "It sure brings back memories."
When the slight confusion had gone down, everybody looked at the red-haired girl again.
